This forum thread is solely to improve given answers and address potential issues that you may have received from the Customer Support Team in tickets regarding World of Warships.
Please note: This forum thread is not an alternative to Customer Support. Rather, it is intended for giving feedback to replies to tickets already sent.
So what sort of feedback do we need from you? In order to improve the future handling of tickets, we will require specific data.
First, we will need the ID of the ticket.
State your reason for this feedback (wrong or incorrect answer / issues with wording and language within the given answer / Submitted question was not addressed or misunderstood by the support team / Other issues with the ticket answer)
Highlight the wrong / incorrect part within the ticket answer. You are welcome to provide a solution in how this can be improved as well.
If you attach screenshots & information, please make sure to exclude any personal information.
The feedback will only be seen by you, the support QA team and the forum community team. It is solely used to improve the quality of answers for future tickets of a similar topic, not to reopen the submitted case.
