Hall of Fame Rewards Issue

I agree. I'm still hoping for a British dd, Tier 7 or 8 to finish the missions.

The only thing you'll get is what your Hall of Fame level was when it reset this week and what you achieve until Wednesday next week.

You can get a maximum of 3 normal RN containers, some signals, and 3 RN camos, so no premium containers.

You also can't finish RN DD missions retroactively, so if you earn a Hall of Fame crate and the crate drops a RN DD mission you won't be able to finish week 1& 2 RN D missions.

The thing is that these 3 crates may just drop one of the tier 7 or 8 DDs (not a lot of chance, but who knows ) and getting these a week later will mean I'll miss out on a weeks worth of easy missions.

 

Granted, the rewards for those aren't stellar, but if I miss out due to some glitch and ended up with one of those DDs from one of those 3 crates, I would feel a bit cheated.

What bothers me, is that this issue is kept secret by WG. No nothing mentioned about this in main news even when this affects everyone.

 

Some spent large amounts of time in first HoF to get extra containers and possibility to get T7-8 RN DDs. Second HoF ongoing but is it worth to play if we get nothing from it.

You will, at least someday. Let's hope it's before 0.7.11 drops, but I'm not sure about it.

Yeah, right with you mate. I'll be happy if WG credits the HoF before next week's directives end. I have zero confidence in them actually fixing the problem before Wednesday.

The third UK event week is closing in and we still have not recieved word about the rewards for the first one.

 

People might already miss out on rewards for the second set of the UK missions because they might have drawn a ship from a reward container they earned in the HoF, however slim that chance might be.

An update would be nice.

And while I am usually not one to ask for such a thing: This error is totally on your end, so it might be time to also consider some form of compensation for everyone affected in such a way. At least for all those not able to complete any of the UK-DD only missions so far (so not me). Even more so if the issue remains unresolved when we move into the third week.

We have just received the list of all the affected players and can confirm that the issue was fixed with the micropatch last week.

Fixed last week !!!!  So good of WG to consider informing its customers. Maybe its time to start looking at other games if we are thought of so highly

Any chance of a premium container as a bonus? :D ( did not get any british DDs missions from the regular ones and I opened like ... all of them so far ... wishful thinking on my part )
