This isn't ready to go OBT and selling beta access because people didn't buy up the pre orders (which is obviously why its been done) is stupid with everything else going on. I believe they'll at least wait for the US BBs and IJN CVs line to be released before that. What we'll get tomorrow is the same as the US server. Once again I think they do this out of neccesity to atract more players to the CBT since there are too few. It's also not a good sign for then too that there are so few right now. Despite all the flaws the game has now I hope this will be for the better. Over the pond they are beta testing the premium beta, and its not going down well on their forums. Ahahaha classic WG I've been playing wot for too long seeing their premium shop offers to be surprised, after all it's a F2P game and they have to make money to keep up servers, crew and all the other things so I can understand that they make strange things sometimes yet on the other side I still feel that they doing things wrong sometimes... Gaijin did it first with selling expensive tankpacks to get into CBT. Lowtier prem tanks with “special“ decals, that would be 50 bucks please. Oh and did i mentioned that, instead of adding the US tank techtree into the game they made another “cbt“ out of it? Oh and guess how you could have entered it. Right, with cash. Just to find yourself with another crappy low tier and not even the whole tree but just t1 and t2 being available for weeks. Trust me, what wg does here is rather harmless.
