RN DD captain build?

I have seen some builds but i dont know which one is better for their role as a DD hunter?

1)PT PM LS SI CE IFHE RPF

2)PT LS AR  SE SI CE IFHE 

even bft + reload module gives her 22% buff on guns?

From tier 8 and up: PT LS SE CE for a 10pt commander.

 

I always pick Survivability Expert for my dd commanders as the first 3pt skill, especially for gun boats such as the British high tier dds. You need that extra health imo.

I'm trying the default 10-pt basic gunboat build for now.

SI would definitely be good but SE is the first 3pt skill.

The HMS Jervis hydro for instance has nearly double the action time of most other ships on tier VII at 180 s vs 94 s. I think Yorck is a distant second at 116 s. So even without SI, if using Hydro II, you get nine minutes of hydro per game, plus at least 4 minutes of cooldown, that's 13 minutes. And you probably don't even need to activate it at the start for a minute or more. After 14+ minutes, nearly all my games are either over or I have been taken out. Hydro mod 1 will extend that to a ridiculous 216 seconds per pop and nearly 16 minutes total. I will mount that now just for the lulz.

 

A seventh smoke would be nice but also not a must-have, compared to 2450 extra hitpoints.

 

OT long hydro action time, due to what I think is the 3rd lowest low top speed at Tier VII (though not by much) you may not fell like really hunting down other DDs torping your team mates from afar but you can definitely drive them insane as a "convoy escort". Just keep station a little ahead of them, merrily pinging away as the minutes tick by.

 

The question I have is, what happens to the Captain when these DDs lose their premium status after the RN Arc is over? Because I notice the Dart Mormans of course retained their Black Swan specialization. Will they be naturalized on the DDs or will there be a retraining phase?

^ Yeh I was thinking of swapping Superintendent for Surivability Expert, you'd still have 6 smokes and 3 long hydros as you say and SE gives around 17% extra hit points.
