Since it could be the Biggest Buff but also the Biggest Nerf to AA so Far. Since so Far you had the Sector set Permanently. The Enemy CV was in Full AA from the Start. But with the AA Burst Activating it. You will lose alot of this because it needs to go up first. And if you Activate before the Enemy is in Range you get no AA Burst and depending how long it stays might even get less Damage out of it because it goes down before the Aircraft passed. Also they said the AA Burst Damage will be a Percentage of the Squadron Health based on Squadron Type. So not depending on Ship Type or Ship AA. Which would mean that for the AA Cruisers like Mino. This would be a Nerf as they lose the 45% Sector Damage in exchange for a much Weaker Burst. While Weak AA Ships would Suddenly cause Big losses especially when they are in a Group. Assuming they dont Completely Change AA Values. The Damage of the Burst. The Activation Time for the Sector Reinforcement. The Duration of the Sector Focus And the Cooldown for the Burst. Did some more (involuntary) testing and near islands, it is an unmitigated disaster. Setting a waypoint less than two miles away and ahead of the current position of the standing cv sent me in 80 days around the world. I told the autopilot on that one map (A cap islands on west flank and one big in middle,B cap radar trap, C cap open water with small islands north/south of it, brown islands) to get me closer to B in my Midway and because there was an island somewhere next to my Midway on the way there it actually pushed around the island further then i sat my waypoint nearly INTO B while attempting to now reverse to my set waypoint while the whole enemy team took advantage of it. It was an unfixable position and i died while having done 14k dmg with my team going batshit crazy in chat. But we won. I told @El2aZeR a few days ago to hold his heart cause WG was gonna implement their autopilot "improvements".
