Issues with 2FA

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is a solution. 


Yesterday i set up 2FA for my WOWs account. Everything worked fine. Today i want to log on to my account, get requested a 2FA code, enter the code presented on my phone for WOWs and i get the message the code is incorrect. 

So i was thinking i might have made a typo, so i re-enter the code. Again an error. So i decide to wait for a different number and try that one. Same results.


Does anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it. 


Also when creating a ticket, your account and contact account email adres must be different? Why is that i only use one email adres.
