i find this event lacking considering last year had SC per every t10 ship and you could get 10 special flags per every 1000 battles played. just introducing another daily grind for relatively lackluster rewards.

I mentioned it before elsewhere on the forum, but last year I was kinda getting the short end of the stick 

I've grinded a lot during this Go Navy enevt and while it was fun, I'm also glad that it was temporary.

But at least I won't be needing to be online like every day.

 

Other then that, I can really use some extra captains so those are welcome

Well, you will be able to get 4 maybe 5 SCs from the collection. At least according to the news.

But to be honest, I see a lot of work for very little reward this anniversary. Last year loyal and dedicated players were rewarded, now it looks like they will have to do idiotic missions to get something. Which for an anniversary celebrating the fact that the game isn't dead is weird. Maybe WG will offer us something more than just a dumb grind...

 

As for the Arsenal selection? For me it's complete and utter garbage. Nothing decent to spend the tokens on.

Eh... no must-haves in there for me, though it is a step forward that they give you a selection to choose from. Wish they'd do some voiceovers for those sci-fi commanders. There's nothing at all to distinguish them from generic ones other than the avatar, right?

 

Permacamos are nice, but Z-23 had one last year.

So the new Z-23 'wrecked' camo gives the following bonuses:

And bonuses from the camo that was given away last year ...

 

 

So you can buy a camo that's useful if you want to spend doubloons on converting xp or you can use a camo that gives you two types of xp you can use straight away. What a tricky decision that isn't.

Isn't the new one slightly better? +50% ship EXP also means +50% FXP and Commander XP. And also more from +FXP and +Commander XP signals.

Here you're basically asking till when the arsenal will last, as in when it will be removed.

 

If you meant the Go Navy portion of the arsenal (the arsenal contains more then just those items), I don't know when exactly it will be removed.

Signal packages with all special signals, not only the new ones.

That's the only thing I really would like to buy. Everything else? I have it.

Camo with bonuses? Got hundreds of them.

Patches? Got enough. Besides i'm going back to the green stag soon.

10p Captains? I can print myself one, plus I don't like ahistorical captains like the space ones.

Geez. WG really went from "meager" to "stingy". One SC? That's nothing. We once got an SC from a weekly mission.

 

People can smell what's cooking. Unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat when the event starts they are going to have more unhappy campers here.

Not really, is added, not multiplied. +50% ship XP is worse than 50% Commander XP and 50% free XP in case u finished the grind for this ship.

problem is that that is happening in all events. they nerfed ranked season through season. before you could farm lots of signals from there, now it is rather unsatisfying. i wanna see if there is still doubloons rewards left in this season or it was fully replaced by steel. CB reward also got nerfed this season cause no doubloons. it was replaced by steel, but that steel is actually stalingrad that should have been reward after 3 season with 30 wins in typhoon.

ship xp is counted towards both commander xp and free xp. so it is actually same as separate bonuses just it also counts towards ship xp. also if you use flags you will get better bonuses for free xp cause free xp is calculated from 5% of total ship xp and all bonuses add from that number. for commander xp it doesnt matter cause all calculations are based on base xp.
