F1 didnt just put the women out of work, they put them out of a job that involves traveling around the world, getting vip treatment, working with big brands and superstar drivers among other things. I think most everyone would say yes to a career like that.

Remember, its OK you find it sexist, but given everyone has choices, it has no bearing here, see the example with pit girls, they were not feeling mistreated, someone decided to be outraged for them and act upon them without asking, in really PC SJW fashion and liquidated their livelyhoods.
