I don't think they have spend more then one afternoon setting this up. I like it ! As I see from the pictures it seems that the 3d models of the ships also needed some work, so it might have took longer than an afternoon. Time wasted... completely wasted, but hey - that's just me and I'm not important. That time should have been put to better use by adding 3d models for new ships for example if the OBT is still far away and could not be ... released sooner... But then again why not implement another completely useless thing, this time a game mode (first was that Pac-ship minigame) ... give the "spaceship carrier" only one runaway? why not give them 3 or 4 useless runaways so that somalian space pirates can land they "space biplanes" and hijack the whole... ship thingy? The slots are most welcome so would very much like to keep them but please... it was a 1 april joke. There are lots of people I know who would love to be able to play WOW so concentrate on that. Quit the space stuff. Its ugly and it fouls up my docks. As for the original game its just WOW !!!! keep up the good work and I hope to be able to play it with my friends soon. I consider that this stuff is better when it's "something different": Chaffee races, football game. Does anyone know for how long will these ships be in our garage? The Galaxy (des moines) does 10k damage to it from 11-15km away with every salvo (every 6 seconds), and after I had lost 40k health to it within the first minute, my space yamato got blown up for 60k health by one single Zaya shell (the tier 10 jap cruiser Senjo) through my "650mm" of citadel "armor".Then in my second battle, 1 minute 5 seconds in, yamato with its "410-650mm" of armor down from 97,200 health to 50,000 health just from the fire of two Senjo/Zaya cruisers at 14 km range. Meanwhile my perfectly aimed volley did 300 damage to one of the Zayas.Now to never play it again until they fix the broken armor system. All this space battle mode is good for, is demonstrating how utterly, miserably broken the gameplay balance is at tier 10. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

So it does serve a purpose for them (data on Tier X performance, income etc) and we players can boost commanders and our income for free. What's to complain about? The gearing has 16km torpedoes, fletcher has 10... i think they both used to have 16km? maybe slightly longer... It looks like they even got the fleet of fog in there. Also, those descriptions of each ships are incredible. If you don't get half the referrences, you are no sci fi fan. I didn't use the torpedoes (8km range on buttlaunchers, lol) but the guns felt....good. I fully expected the Des Moines to be ridiculously good and the Yamato to hurt like hell while tanking hits, but I didn't expected the Senjo to have accurate guns with relatively fast shells !
