[NSVE] iFax Players 476 posts 15,982 battles Report post #1 Posted July 28, 2018 Is there something wrong with the Boise AA 127mm/25 Mk27 AA range? I put a 0 point captain in the ship as a control, here is the result: Yep a stock 5km using AA mod 2. Okay so now a full spec AA captain from my Atlanta with AA mod 2: Only a 1km buff? Am I missing something here, surely the range should go out to 7.2km?

Estaca_de_Bares Players 1,471 posts 23,791 battles Report post #3 Posted July 28, 2018 The numbers shown seem legit to me: AFT gives a 20% extended range to the AA, which means 1km extra for the 5km base. Salute. P.S.: Well, fumtu partially answered before me. It seems that you're used to Atlanta's AA, whose guns are different and have a 6km range (so 7.2km with AFT). Weapon type dose not mean any thing for WG, just look at the German ships they all use the same AA and secondaries and they differ ALOT mang

Only exception were Montana and Midway which have 127mm/54 Mk41 which has 5.2km base range.
