Captains,

We're currently investigating reports about frequent and constant logout with subsequent forces login on our portal and premium shop. We would appreciate it if you could help us track the issue down by providing the following information should you be experiencing this issue.

1. Your browser and its version number.

2. Are you affected only in a particular location (i.e. university, work, home etc.) or everywhere?

3. Do you use any ad-block extension or other similar browser extensions?

4. Do you use a VPN or proxy to access the portal/premium shop?

Thanks for your help!

Nah, that has been a phenomenon for quite a while now.

Took a few repeated attempts to login. Seemed to be going in a circle.

Also, once,  got a JSON error similar, though not identical, to

{status: error, message: login error}

Nothing else was displayed/rendered

Hmm ... can you elaborate on what the issue should be ? I don't quite get it from the description ... From what I noticed, website and shop don't transfer sessions. When I log into the website I have to re-login when I go into the shop. But that's been the case since I can remember.

No, we're talking about occurences where the session ends for no discernible reason.

Thanks for the information guys, we'll see if that helps track it down.
