1) How do we deactivate the new, little, white circle from the minimap? It constantly moves and it's annoying.

2) Pls give us the option to reduce th e transparency of islands. They are uncomfortable when using a proper sized minimap. ;)

A very personal opinion here, WG  - please drop the targeting circle on the minimap. I've just had a game where I was landing shell after shell on an enemy cruiser behind an island. It was too easy, and 'too easy'  takes away the challenge and the fun. As I say, my own opinion only. :Smile_Default:

I noticed that credits is now the default option for buying premium consumables. A very good change!

This! Great improvement!

Btw, I also noticed the little circle? It doesn't really bother me, but I think it would be nice if there is an option to disable it (for whatever reason). I still need to see how it will affect my gameplay but frankly I think it's an improvement.

Premium Consumables choose credits - Great system, always bugged me.

White Circle on mini-map - An utter cheat with ZERO place in the game and which ever person at WG who decided this should be implemented should be downgraded for being a moron. This cheat allows me to do something that "should" be impossible, shoot a ship outside my view range (not firing in smoke or due to cyclone) and still get consistent hits - IT IS A CHEAT AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED ASAP!

Hello friends,

I have a little problem to log in to the testserver. I can not read how I can log in to it. Because it is not in English.

Is there also a English version to log in on the testserver?

The minimap indicator should not be implemented. It´s too easy to shoot ships out of sight, especially when other mods are running wich gives more informations about the target. Also all mods wich are using such indicators should be banned. Smoke isn´t strong as it was, but this will make smoke obsolete as defensive or offensive tool. In cyclones it is also possible to blindshot targets. You hit less shells cause no targeteted shots but you hit, so you can reset cap points or punish high damaged ships who want to hide in smoke for repairs or just have a lucky shot cause detonations and citadel hits. And that are only the issues, i can see since the mods added this feature are in use, there will be more issues with more specialised mods to add better targeting informations to that tool in future. So please ban those mods.

Sniping ships behind islands really no problem (I only aimed with indicator, poor Worcester got 3 citadels RIP) with this indicator, no aiming skills at all are needed. But this common situation is barely enough, for me to see, how it works. Such mods are the cause, why I´m not interested in competetive tournaments atm. A competative Tournament like a ESport should be fair and should be based on player skills. But with such gaming hints like this indicator (or RPF, Long Range Firing Alarm, Vigilance or Priority Target) this is not skill. A good tournament on vanilla systems, this is interesting. More interesting were to give the tournamentplayers  ships with the same unique commander skill and the same loadout, then it is really comparible wich players are the best. Using mods in ESports is like doping at a world final. But hey, more and more players are using this indicator, just not blame the player base, so implement this immediatly, don´t tell them they are cheating. In my opinion that is the wrong way if WG will doing good ESports. Then those events are only big boring merchandise events with players that are cheating to the top.

Noticed that the picture of the container changes depending on what sort of container you choose, rather than being the same generic picture. Nice subtle change for general tweaking of the experience, so thanks.

1. Credit as default currency for consumables - great quality of life change.

2. The gun aim reticle on minimap - I will go a bit deeper on this one so here is TLDR: do not implement into PvP modes

Impact on smoke screen: For DDs I didn't really notice any change since I can change position quickly. For RN CLs, especially from tier 7 up, the survivability went down. This was largelly dependant on whether or not I was spotted when smoking up. If I was spotted, any fire into smoke screen was noticeably more accurate compared to live server, even when I didn't shoot to conceal my exact position. Given that those ships are big, weakly armored and slow to change position in the constraints of smoke screen it often resulted in  heavy damage in first about 20s since smoke was set/ship regained concealment. This is really bad since RN CLs are often used as spotters in low DD games (or when DD just derps out) and agressive DDs will spot you first most of the time. Given the abundance of radar at high tiers this change is another nail to the coffin...

Targeting of ships behind islands: Ridiculously easy (then again it isn't rocket science even now) when the reticle is used properly (ie. large minimap). You become really accurate, negating more or less all advantage gained by enemy positioning. Yes, sitting behind island is predominant playstyle and it is not really fun to play as or to play against, but there is plenty of ships that rely on this to be battle effective, since they don't have smoke screen, or  open water engagements are too risky them (i.e. almost everyone aside from BBs).

Shooting at ships in huricane: Significantly easier than now.

Kind of brainstorming: It was stated in the bulletin that this is meant to "allow players to better understand the firing and aiming mechanics" and I agree that it is needed, since that is more or less the core of the game. But that is what we have tutorial, training missions, training rooms and to a degree even PvE missions for. If you want to implement it, do it there. Yes all of it doesn't fully prepare you for PvP, but you should have the basics and by the time you reach tier 5, where you will start to encounter firing from concealment fairly often, you should be able to figure out how to deal with it in couple of battles even without having aim assist that counters enemy position advantage.... If they will have aim assist at all times, there is no reason for them to learn how to shoot (again it isn't rocket science even now) and that takes away from any incentive to learn about positioning or anything else game related at all. And lets be honest, there is not that much to learn to begin with....

Well hope this helps in some way... I am sorry for wall of text, but it felt like simple one line answer doesn't really get the point across....
