Sorry made comment on my brothers account 'cause he didn't sign out.

 

This is not a bug but I have problem. Made test server account and when they sent me confirmation email my post account was inactive. I activated it and now there's no new mail. Tried to seek help but the customer service is in russian which I don't understand.

The client locks up after clicking on 'Connect' - unable to play at all.

Game locks up on loading after I've clicked connect. Can provide rig details if needed, hope you get it sorted..good luck

had this too and did a integrity check, now it works (despite the Arsenal)

That's the error I got on the live server.

Previous PTS the arsenal worked fine. Haven't tested PTS 0.7.7. yet due to time.

I had the same issue on this PTS, after I added the cef_browser_process.exe to the allow list from the Win10 firewall the Arsenal worked

Opening containers made the game hang.

Had to force quit, and when I started the game, all was fine

Same problem yesterday evening. After clicking 'open container' the game became unresponsive. Only way out was task-killing.

it doesnt work! at least the updates are now available....  but if you start the game... it simply crashes... no moves at the picture, no sound.... i even have to use the taskmanager to close it.... Question: DID YOU EVER TRIED THE GAME BEFORE RELEASE? IF YES YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!

Hey guys, please run an integrity check of your client in case you have hang-ups on login, crashes etc.:

 

How to run the integrity check on Launcher:
1) Click "Settings" button
2) Choose "Support" tab
3) Click "Check" and then "Continue"

 

How to run the integrity check on WGC:
1) Choose WoWs PT client in WGC
2) Click "Game Settings" button
3) Click "Check and Repair" and then "Continue"

 

Let me know whether this fixed it for you. Also please keep in mind that this is a test environment, not the live server - thank you for helping us with this but please stay constructive :Smile_honoring:

Is it possible to get rid off the whale-mating sounds when your ship is sunk? I just want to exit to port and hear nothing from the moment I press "Esc". Pls give us the option to mute them in AUDIO or something. Don't say "mute SFX noob", I want to hear the rest of the SFX-stuff during the battle.
