After completing the collection of the color schemes for U.S cruisers I didn't see it available for the premium camo for Flint while I found it on the Missouri ( After completing the U.S BB collection ). Is this's right? :Smile_amazed:

Presumably for the same reason the Albany doesn't get alternative camo either.

These alternative camo's are a bit hit and miss anyway. Do like the 'Bama one though. (included)

Ummm, premium ships don't get alternative colors. These only work for type 1, 2 and 5 camo + the standard 100% XP camo. Your Missouri has 2 camos because she always had those. From the wiki:

It should be noted that Missouri has two different Type 10 camouflage schemes to choose from; the only difference between them is their appearance.

Which means that missouri isn't actually a premium ship....even though it gets all the benefits of one...and if we count his missouri's camos he now has 4 not 2

Oh wow, I'm stupid. :Smile_teethhappy: Let's try again.

Standard perma camos get color options, awesome and fancy looking camos like Flint don't.

I can confirm. Flint permanent camouflages still have one line for "colorSchemes" while the Missouri permanent camouflages have two lines for the two alternatives. Though the second Missouri camouflage is titled "Marblehead second unique permOflage block, stripe" :Smile_amazed: (target ship is Missouri and texture names say Missouri, so is for that).

EDIT: Wasted "some" time going through the "American premium ships camouflage"  and "American tech tree ships camouflage" sections. Made a nice table with an X in a column for each to mark whether had one or two colour schemes. Then that table got turned into a mass of text when I submitted the post and I gave up rather than repeat the work since all it really conveyed was what Ze_Reckless already said. That the fancier camouflages don't get their colours changed as that wouldn't make sense for them.:cap_book:

But some of the IJN permacamos do get color scheme variations, don'T they? I'm confused.

Premium ships tend to heve special camos. On some it's very obvious, on others - not so much. The more unique the camo, the bigger the chance that it's not included in colorscheme swapping options (hell, most of them don't conform to basic color scheme in the first place).

Using the US ships as an example you have the Texas with the normal permanent camouflage and that has two alternate colour schemes listed, but the Texas US Flag camouflage and Texas Lone Star camouflage only have one colour scheme each. Or the Alabama has two colour schemes for the normal permanent camouflage, but only one for the supertester octopus camouflage.

To be honest I don't like the USN alternative colors at least the premium camo's. But I really like the IJN

The alternative is looking better on type 1 and 5 camo than the stock US.

Perma camos only think the New Mexico is looking better

There should be no exceptions for having an alternative color for ships once you complete the mission, I can't get it!

Except Tachibana lima and mikasa

An alt scheme for Mikasa that makes her all white like Konig Albert would be awesome.
