(Sorry I forgot the name, I blame it on the soccer game on the side ^^) Naturally, we won the game ; something that couldnt be said about the team I was rooting for in the match on the side ...... You got killed on the strong flank, while myself and my buddy Mar_al ran around the weak flank collapsing it on the enemies. Win! Didn't see you until it was too late though, and saw very little of what went on on your side, was a little occupied I'm afraid. But I guess you couldn't call that "randomly meeting a forumite". Here the highlight game (for those who watched the Stream, it was the game I was Fletcher and he Udaloi and we barely won). (Did not notice you, sorry) It seems that I die a lot in Kiev, but my 87% winrate with it tells me that I must be doing something right, despite the deaths I think it's just the bad stealth that costs me in the end, when I run out of smokes... Don't have 5th captain skill. Heh, I long believed someone good in a DD can evasion-tank a lot of attention. Unfortunately evasion-tanking results in dying eventually and leaves little opportunity for damage or capping, so it leaves the player with terrible income. Battleship players have been instilled with this mentality that any DD within a certain range is instant priority target. So every salvo they waste on DD by missing is potential damage against battleships and cruisers reduced. This might be what you end up doing unintentionally. I got detonated pretty early, but we still won Ah you did well... right up until you exploding in an enormous fireball and sank like a stone . I was writing a letter to order my crew to launch a torp spread when I was killed, without knowing why and how. There are battles you just have a slight feeling the odds are against you. I like he's a martial artist fan and practionar as I am. Edit: I also have visited Finland and I really love your beautiful country! As far as matiral arts: it's a bit like this game: having a good sparring round, giving your opponent, within reason, a few bruises and stay friends always. I compliment the "enemies" even more than I do my "allies" in this game. And from a martial arts point of view the different nation lines are really making sense... F.e. IJN? Agile, ably to dogde very well and deliver deadly strikes in return but hardly any forece to take a punch back... USN? getting beat up, getting pissed by it and deliver a leathal strike back a.s.o. He harrassed our fleet with his Khabarovsk in the beginning, inflicted a huge amount of minor damage to quite a couple of ships, and lured our entire fleet into chasing him and neglecting caps whatsoever. I think we won in the end (not sure, I was tired) but he was definitely the overall MVP just by deploying to the right direction. I think we won in the end (not sure, I was tired) but he was definitely the overall MVP just by deploying to the right direction. I scored 6 incapacitations on him with my Hipper though It was a fun match for sure . Yes you are right, you won since all the other ships in my team forgot to bring ammo i think. He played well, came top while defending our base while rest of our team went to cap. I took a lot of fire in the middle trying to distract the enemy team and let ours cap. Our team, including a DD, then left the cap. KptStrzyga died as did I and we lost due to the enemy capping.
