I was chasing my final few BB kills and it didn't go especially well despite having some cracking games. First there was ZombieCheeze on the enemy team in his Udaloi. We didn't meet but my flank collapsed leaving me horribly exposed to 2 Kageros and a few others ships in my Yamato. Crushing loss. Then there was Ataw in his Tirpitz on the enemy team. My flank ran... I should have followed but me (in my Tirpitz) and a friendly Atago tried to hold the flank. I hit Ataw's div mate with a citadel in his Chapyev but he still managed to live through the game and come top. Ataw might have killed me but a few were shooting at me, but the Atago hurt him really bad before we were both dead. When I died we had a Pensa and NC sat behind the CV. Also saw kfa in a destroyer on the enemy team. Map was Neighbors but apart from remembering seeing him and him annoying me with HE spam for a little while (possibly RU DD) I have no recollection of how the game went. Finally saw creamgravy in his Blyskawica on the enemy team (Neighbors again) but was sulking at my run of losses and didn't dare say hi. I was in my Texas, went for 1 flag after failing to convince my div mate it was a horrible idea and found myself essentially alone. I did try and get out of there but there was possibly half of their team dipping in and out of islands and whittling away the health of my bottom tier BB. I came bottom in this game. My most embarrassing result of the night Having written all of that up it sounds like it was a bad night for me but I had games where I got 3 kills (2 of them CQE) in my Yamato, a nice 13k salvo from my Montana into a Kagero followed by a CQE kill on him, 3 games of over 200k damage etc. so it wasn't all bad. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I would've said hello but it get's a bit intense when your the only destroyer agasint 3 other DDs and 2 CVs in domination. You did well on the Colorado , i wish i could have sniped the carriers faster tho. Don't sell yourself short... You killed 4 ships with your CV and managed to kill best enemy player (4 kills) in his BB "Colorado" when he was attempting to take away our central "B" CAPin the dying moments of the match... Im struggling with high tier battles at the moment to be honest. No only am i playing in laptop ( which is less of an excuse ) but im finding it somewhat hard to have battles like we did. Usually all i get is the team all going one side and i try to tag along and snipe the enemy cv so i can do something without much hassle or i just watch my team rush in and die in the first minutes. Was a win for us Lo-Yang was easy, he didn`t even try avoiding and ate two torps from cross-drop. With Mahan it was very different matter, he knew what he is doing. I missed 4 bomb drops and three torp drops on him and after that I didn`t even try anymore, I just kept flying with torpedo bombers above him forcing him to sail in circles for the rest of the game, all time spotted. He was too good to be left alone. I complimented him after game because you rarely see someone playing that good. At this point we had won anyway, we were leading like 600 : 100 and they had 2-3 ships left while we had 7 and almost 9 minutes to go. ;) P.S. Kongo / ARP Kongo / Haruna / Hiei / Kirishima suck without "expert marksman" skill, the turrets turn horribly slow wihtout that skill.... Well... at least both of us were kind of handicapped xD i had the TA skill on my kamikaze... due to hightier IJN DDs and retraining my fubuki captain.. well it was once a viable option... Game not done yet so not sure if it was the bombers or him that got me I remember we greeted but I have no recollection of what ship I was in, the map or battle result - it was so warm and the room where my PC have westward windows meant that it was really hot in there and when it is that hot my brain doesn't function very well and I have a hard time focusing. Side lost heavily cause "Weekend Warriors" and Top tier Iowa's sitting at the back Lost 3/4 of my HP within the first minutes cause reasons. [SCRUB] Leo_Apollo11 Quality Poster 7,146 posts 31,562 battles Report post #1392 Posted June 5, 2016 HI all, just had leo apoolo 11 in my game on enemy team. he didnt like the MM unfortunately. i didnt have a good game but me and my division mate did our job well. causing havoc for his team at A I had at last 8-10 "Domination" games today and of those in 50% of cases my team had 1:3 or 2:4 DDs (in all other cases the number of DDs was equal - never my team had DD advantage)... in all such cases at high Tier VIII / IX / X when there is DD number discrepancy it is almost impossible to win for the team with less destroyers... and we did lose the game honorable forumite mentions above ... I mean, why play a team game if they intend to do nothing? Anyhow, also ran into Ishiro on Trident in his Saipan on the same team, a game with nothing special happening, the team just didn't click. I gave some he gave some more and we both found some cover (tried to lob some presents over to him but he refused). In the end my team (great guys, great teamwork - used my AA bubble) gained the upper hand - viceadmiral lost this battle but finished first in his team while I came in as 4th - he was a worthy opponent and I'm glad he wasn't one of those CV players Edited June 6, 2016 by aboomination Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Didn't even look at the names as I usually do, otherwise I would've recognized that name, sorry bud. Game itself didn't go too well for us. We had a 4:2 DD advantage on Domination mode, but our team spazzed out and just started dying all of a sudden and even my Nagato can't tank multiple cruisers and battleships taking shots at me. Pajosaurus in his Mahan teared it up though! Well done, you got a compliment for that (also, nepotism). The hilarious thing is, the previous match, the situation was reversed, we had a 2:4 DD disadvantage, Domination mode, same map, bu the enemy team just plain bent over and got wrecked so hard we didn't even lose a single ship.
