Just saw Takru with his Kamikaze R in my team. 

 

Yeah, sadly not much XP for me in that battle, but IIRC I at least kept scouting for potential enemy Torpses until I got too careless..

 

Saw txtspeak the other day and met pointyhairedyedi today when he was sailing around in his Indianapolis. Managed to knock his no.2 turret out permanently before I was rightfully nuked by Mutsuki because I was too tunnelvisioned.

Was teamed up with Trigger Happy Dad in his Tashkent today.  He was giving orders advice to his team mates at the start and I'm happy to say we won on a base cap whilst defending our base, which he had ordered stressed was important at the start.

Ran into MrConway and PoinyHairedJedi today in their Indianapolis. Sunk them both but sadly my Team decided to die in 1.5 seconds so it was a huge defeat ,-)

ran into lots of forumites today, including but not limited to Ictogan (damn you and your Taiho forcing me into a totally suicidal position!), Live85 and ST_iX, one match with XTHD, waxx25, FTD, Exustio and couple of others all on the other side (which unsurprisingly stomped us hard considering half their team was made up of the best of the best of the entire server...), and last but not least wongman666 and T0byJug (both of whom had a pretty unfortunate match sadly)

Saw strangers123 and MrConway in a division. They were playing Hakuryu and Montana with me in Baltimore, it was a 4 cap North. Sadly we lost the game, opponent team simply had too many DDs. Not the best game, but was definitely fun for me tho

Just saw Takeda92 (Fubuki) in "Hotspot". Unfortunately on the enemy team.

We both had a great match but didn't manage to meet. Ultimately his team lost all caps and we won.

Takeda had an excellent performance and managed over 1500 base XP in a defeat finishing first of his team.

Met mtm78 together with Blue_Bug. Wanted to sink him in his shiny Indianapolis, though sadly our team pushed all the other caps and we were relegated to stalling duty with little chance to push. I had to settle for a Molotov and a Tirpitz and the game ended JUST as I was about to get the killing blow on Blue_Bug's Ranger

I had a really good game, doing over 85k damage and getting 3 kills, but sadly we lost.  Still, 3 more kills for the GNB "sink 100 ships in a destroyer" mission :-)

Wow, they are meeting up in force today, met isidor_ in his Nagato on Ocean right now and I got a few good hits on him I think!

Met creamgravy in his Fletcher in the enemy team while the MM was testing my patience, putting my Tashkent into a Domination.

Yes, but on Ocean map.

Ah, and with 4 DDs on their side, 2 of them tier 9, and only 2 on our side.

I went capping B and gloriously died in the thickest hail of gunfire my wonderful Italian DD had ever seen (it took about 8 seconds from full HP to Death). I think it was him who sent the last shell. He must have held my gunnery in high esteem, as he hid beneath a smoke screen before to engage.

Met Cosseria in his Budyonny in my team and we proceeded to wipe out pretty nicely the enemy team (Cosseria took first place and some sweet karma, my division mate ended up 2nd and I had to make do with the 3rd place) then afterwards BuccaneerBill in the enemy team with a team mate that was able to run away, making me miss a kraken.

Met Waxx25 on enemy team tonight, he in tier 8 cruiser(?), me in tier 6 Mutsuki. I unleashed 2x salvos of fish but not one hit him. Sadly, I succumbed to enemy fire very quickly. Immediately after dying (heroically, I might add) I went to the 'little boys room' as we were comfortably leading and afaik the team was not in need of my leadership skills. On my return, I was aghast at the battle results screen blatantly displaying my team's demise. Happily though, another cruiser decide to absorb 2 (or 3, can't remember) of my love-fish resulting in me coming 2nd in my team for xp to his teams victory.

 

All I can say is if circumstances were different, ie, me in my (as yet unresearched) Yamato and he in an Erie (hopefully un-elited) the result might, just might have been different.

I'm sorry, I didn't recognize you! After 3 defeats in my Błiskawica I was determined to dish out some pain, and a lot of enemy cruisers broadsiding did help. All of us did a fine job however, it was really a battle to remember. Cheers!

Tashkent is a large ship with no armour, it's very weak agasint rapid firing small calibre guns. Any US destroyer will be able to take off 20,000 HP in a few seconds at close range.

Had BuccaneerBIll and LittleGentleman on the opposite team today on New Dawn, both in Molotov's and me in my Nagato.  I managed to sink BuccaneerBill with a lucky over the Island shot that gave me a Citadel.

 

The very next game someone said it was nice playing with me, was in the process of typing out a response when the game ended, I did leave some positive feedback as it's not everyday someone says something that kind.....thought I'd mention it just in case.
