I met Unintentional_submarine yesterday. He was on my team and managed to kill off 1 enemy before becoming the first submarine on our team.  Another interesting feature of that game, was that I managed to do 126 K damage without killing a single ship.  Oh, and we won in the end.

Shhhhhh... nobody needs to know I derped and found myself the sole target of three battleships and a Des Moines in an Ibuki.

Oh you were the Warspite who put up a good fight! With my last salvo for you I got that citadel through the front section and finally ended the danger your ship projected to our team

So many times I thought "I'm dead now" but still I managed to limp back to cover ^^. Overall it was a nice game as it was very close in the end who would win. Imo tight, close battles are always more enjoyable than roflstomps, even if you would lose

 

 

 

 

Yep that was me, I was cursing my luck when I saw the teams but it was a really good battle regardless of loosing.

 

 

 

Be glad you weren't on TeamSpeak ... this game was so full of RNG crap your eyes would've bled listening to me getting progressively more cranky.

 

The funny thing though is that we for the most part things were going horrible for us ... with our whole lemming team and whatnot (did I mention the RNG already?).

 

Sounds like you were having a similar day to me, 7 games and 6 consecutive loses

Met WolfGewehr again on ocean though this time he was on his own.  The match went better for our team, not sure what wolf's team were doing but they didn't seem to want to contest any caps till it was too late.  I didn't do much, a few cap reset's on a Cleveland later on and that was about it.

Encountered Gojuadorai in his Atago, while I was at the helm of Pensacola. He survived long enough for me to put 900 dmg into him, which was very kind. In the end he did reasonably well for his team, while my plucky Pensacola climbed into second in XP.

Saw Aerroon in his Montana last night. I was in DM. Scored my first Kraken (with that ship) and ended up watching the match on his stream afterwards.

Had another fun game with Crysantos and Et_Latanus_baro, they were in Chapayevs and I had the Tirpitz. Typing "DRAUFT TIRPITZ!!!" (At 'em, Tirpitz!) at the beginning of the game didn't do the magic, have been kited by an Amagi all game long, failed to screen the cruisers and finally died without having scored a single citadel (neither against a perfectly broadsiding Fuso at less than 10 kms...). But it was still fun and we won all the same thanks to good DD work.

Naturally, after the mandatory greeting we hunted him down, though one of his torpedo spreads got awfully close

Wasn't one of my better games today

Had only one cup of coffee this morning, so half the time I was playing, I wasn't even really fully awake. Which lead to me making some dumb choices like thundering into the enemy's backfield just to meet my doom there.

Oh, and I use the same - 15 pts - captain for the Minekaze, Kamikaze and - tadaa - since today for the Tachibana! I even put him in my Yubari, when I'm taking it for a ride. So if you meet me again in one of those ships, be prepared for some more sneaky action

Met Crusherheads in his NC on the enemy team last night. Although his team had all three caps at one point, we managed to pull back. Also thanks to our Midway.

 

And met Gojuadorai in his Orlan, whilst testing my new Tachibana. Was quite funny, altough we had a player on our team that rage quitted and was quit salty over the loss. In a T1/T2 game :/

Played against Trigger Happy Dad, he was in his Emden and I had just started the Russian cruiser line with my 2nd Novik battle. I was AFK for the 1st minute (a rare occurrence btw) so didn't see the team lists at the start. Only noticed it when I went on the Wows replay site and noticed THD had uploaded his. I'd love to say that I and my team 'owned' THD and his pathetic fleet, however, I have this annoying knack of being honest and sadly admit that THD and his fleet owned me and my pathetic little fleet. Damn you THD! Grrrrrr....

I met ABED1984 in his Kamikaze R a few days ago.

The map was "Strait" and i was in my Blyskawica. Unfortunately i died in the first 2 minutes but ABED carried us hard and we managed to win while he secured a Kraken!
