Me in shima chasing ships the rest of the game as El2 vacuum cleaned the map in his Midway. I ended up with 3.5K damage and I'm not sure we lost one ship. Good to see you anyway as I was starting to wonder if WG had set up a special, isolated server for you and the naughty ones... The name of this pinging person shall remain unnamed, since playing a Smolensk and spamming poor DDs with HE, when they are plane spotted, can get people tarred and feathered in some regions of the world. My thanks go to @lup3s, who, in an act of mercy, got some fighters over me to prolong the inevitable. When at the end of the battle you have the most plane kills in your Shima and not a single torp hit, you know you had a nice evening. Yes, @Yoshanai tell me about counterplay. Just the battle before that, @asalonen and me ran into @CamoDrako, who was in the Worcester, one of the three red radar cruisers covering C-cap on Shards map. Appearently one can get toxic comments and multiple reports from below average experts for refusing to go into such a well-defended cap, after one of them effectively smokes up the enemy radar cruisers in an attempt to break line of sight ... while being radared. He was in Smolensk, I was in Enterprise. His forum avatar immediately jumped into my mind as soon as I recognized his nickname. Unfortunatelly I only noticed him when he got devstruck in his smoke (by blind fire I think). We wen't on and won the game, he was watching me fly around and cheered me up during the game. Yes, it was blind fire at the very beginning, not enough of a broadside i guess so I've got punished for playing this stupid ship (to be fair I wanted to select radar Mino which was next to Smol in the port) I was shocked also to discover a few guys that lived until the end still behind me on the scoreboard, what the were they doing whole game??? Turned into a bit of a clown fiesta, with most of our team lemmingtraining to the eastern side of the map and then huddling behind the islands north of the cap I managed to nab the western cap and tried going for the middle cap after enemy numbers had thinned out, but I potatoed a bit. I was out enjoying my Asashio while he was taking a Masachusetsu out for a spin. Well... we both ended up submarines.. oddly enough, but we did manage to do our bit for our team. The end battle was a bit of a nail biter, especially being out of it yourself but it ended in tea and medals and lots of karma flying around. Good one! Nope, a loss it was, well - for us. We are a quite casual clan and amazed we got this far. As in, we run what we have so teams can differ every game, and we bring the ships that we have. Couldn't say hi, but he guessed correctly that i'm on a extended chat vacation. ^^ I guess he gave me a +1(notification), while i returned +2. Dropped by 3? bloody hell.....prob because you were torping everything I obviously gave you a plus. With only two BBs left and me sitting on 10k damage i thought it might be time to yolo at least one of them.
