Our ships nearly got intimate but sadly this game isn't R-18 and the action had to be censored. He spent most of the second half of the (CV) game running around on 404 health so he was a bit limited on what he could do... but do he did, and survived to boot. Always nice to meet someone from the forums on your team and end up as the winning team ! Spoiler Also in another match was on the same team as @Yurra - again, in DM (he was in Yamma) and again (wow, yeah, IKR) we won. I didn't do much in that match - him and the team on the opposite flank did a sterling job of pushing round whilst we edged forward a wee bit then heldem. Due to their CV being FAR better, I was itis target for all the game really. Such a shame as me and my div mate had a epic DD fighting in the centre of the map for ages, which we end up winning. All for nothing tho. lost in the end due to 2 awful 46% win rate Ships left including our crap CV player, (against an almost dead Massa, a Hipper and a much better CV player). So a easy pull back and win kinda game to be honest as we had 2 full health ships left? Yeah... Our Amagi got torped from full heath from a hipper (I know) he seen coming miles off and our atago could hit anything. Our amagi even turned broadside to it to received ALL the torps. The tier X is better in the sense that TiTis get a lot more rockets per plane, making them almost viable for DD work. They are very good against cruisers. I dont like the TB spread of Midway compared to Lexi on the other hand, and DBs work pretty much the same way. Again, i prefer the other CV lines compared to USN since i think they have better TBs and RFs and to a degree even DBs (in INJs case). Midway is somewhat of a blunt instrument that dont deal that well with dds. Audacious can deal with DDs but the planes are slow and less suitable for dealing with cruisers. Hakuruy is a scalpel fit to deal with all classes. All 3 planes types are lethal at countering their respective class and they are very fast . Downside is they're squishy and I think Haku has the highes skill floor and cieling of all the CVs. Me in Alaska but our team was a lost cause. Your team played it very well. I tried to communicate with every possible methode to make them all stop sitting behind one island, because that deadly cornered up situation was unfolding pretty fast. But despite me radaring the 2 DDs in your team twice, they didnt move nor shoot. Well, one of those games . Too bad we 2 couldnt even exchange fire, eventhough we were on the same flank :D (your teammates offered better targets all the time, yet it felt like im the only one shooting them - like the full broadside Neptune). gg 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

In the end, no Doom Push ever materialized, only Forlornsailor in his Alaska actually left the cover of islands. I tried to come in from the flank to balp you, but you rammed the BB before I could "secure" the kill Didnt last more than a game or two before the tables turned and I got the glue sniffers on my team. 12 - nil defeat in less than 10 minutes. I got killed fairly early on after getting clinched between a Wooster and a Moskva, but not before killing the Wooster with gunfire and then getting an "It's just a flesh wound" with torpedoes on the Moskva.
