The enemy Graf Zeppelin quickly put an end to me, balanced machine that it is. And thus my attempt at an effective crossfire died a very armor-piercing death. I had the misfortune of having a Gearing on my flank who was determined to stay farther from the action than a friendly Conqueror. El2aZeR was in another Gearing, having problems of his own. As usual when I'm recognised in game I'm afraid to do something stupid, but this time my little polish DD was sneaky enough so I survived, got some 3 sinkers, a win and enough base exp to be done with those missions (and CoOp) for the day... Can't say how @Ferry_25 did - except that he got sunk after managing two kills - because he was sinking them bots on the other side of the map. I've seen quite a lot good CV gameplay today... alas, I was mostly playing CoOp and so a human CV player dominating his bot opponent should be expected... but then in some battles the MM awarded us with a bot CV vs bot CV setting... and the bot did play better than many human CV potatoes I've experienced in game... kinda.. worrying... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ive made the EXACT same observation lately. Usualy 3 out of 4 times, the bot does better then a human. Well, it went well for us, as would have been expected with 2 such distinguished gentlemen in our midst. CV work was most excellent and the accompanying BB did not do too shabby either. Sadly the game ended just when I had skillfully beached myself (was playing Mogami) on the opposite side of a very shallow beach from an enemy Des Moines, who had likewise beached himself across the island and was presumably about to pepper me to teeny bits from 1,5km away, except that he kept on using AP on my bridge while I had rather more cunningly chosen IFHE... 1 more salvo and surely I would have prevailed (or not, lacking replay I have no idea, who was about to die). Oh well, better luck next time I guess. The will to lose matches has taken levels which astonish me every day. You topped the scoreboard. So you did well. Likewise I'd love to meet you in a random. Being allies I'd know I'm covered by an ace. As foes I know I'd have a hell of a fight. All with my wows motto: foes for 20 minutes. He was sailing his Jutland and despite my best efforts, we barely lost this game. And apparently one of the Buffalos was discontent with my performance during the match and I got negrepped by someone due to this. True CV players don't need Worcesters, they know they want to bring a Conqueror with them! Seriously though, nothing would have saved your there.
