One could argue that's because the non-idiots are playing ranked, but, yeah... At least he seemed to be having fun. I've needed 30 something battles to get from 15 to 12, blah. Never seen so many throws, utter bs ships for ranked like gnevny or independences... Sadly we lost the round when our main flank decided to extend far into the enemy spawn. Our losses soon negated the cap advantage we had gained earlier on with me wrecking (but sadly not sinking) two of their DDs at the other cap and then delaying the capture with pot shots at their cruisers. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Reluctantly I must admit that the CV-hunting DD this time managed to swing things in our favor (despite big disadvantage we had to deal with in the beginning due to his strategic choice) because when Croat's team was trying to defend him (ultimately unsuccessfully), they lost focus and formation - resulting in chaos my teammates managed to take advantage of. I was happy to see you on my team that next match. i.e. a good player, in a BB That first match I was plane-spotted a lot, and every time I got spotted the PT counter went up to 2-3; so I had to play careful. I asked our BBs to shoot the (almost) broadside enemy BBs, but they refused and died one by one heading into the middle cap (which we already had captured by that point). Got to love those 2k citadel hits. I do think about leaving my Cleveland for Ranked... Once I kept my star in the Ryujo because the enemy Ryujo (out of planes) rammed me. Went smooth overall though we had a bit of a Shinonome stalking problem at the end after we lost both our DDs, though the BBs at least stepped in, got rid of the Bayern so I could stop hugging my island waifu and ultimately hunt down the Shinonome, whilst Mandyxx denied an enemy flanking manouver and then flanked them himself which divided the enemy attention and ultimately sealed our victory! I managed to mess up and mostly lost an almost-won air superiority against enemy Independence... still, I managed to do some DD spotting and lup3s carried what could be carried, ensuring the result by killing the last enemy DD. We ended up chasing enemy CV around an island but, unfortunately, the points got to 1000 and we couldn't kill him. It was a good battle; didn't know what happened with your planes but I'm glad enemy was AS so he could do no damage.
