If he is, with the assistance of my team (HE spammers) I had the pleasure of citadelling and eventually sinking his Moskva (which despite an impressive HP pool and somewhat trollish armor is as we know somewhat fragile). Due to me being in rage mode, i didn't pay attention to the team line up, so i didn't recognize him until he said hello in chat...after i sank his british CL right at the start of the game...sorry mate. I did send a compliment your way during the game. Couldn't say hello, due to me being chat banned. My god did he throw a bucket of salt at me (talk and good talk on the forum and all that)! All i said back was "Take it your dead then m8". Clan mates had a chuckle. In his defense i had bad game and wasn't concentrating that much (kid got up), but still managed 2 ships (Kaga) in a tier 8 game (N Cal and Iowa, you know). I think he want me to spot for him more, i sure he knew about the torp planes i was shooting down at the time. I don't think hes a DD player tho, so that didn't help him. (I was sailing my Shima) His team was bad and he did what he could but a defeat was inevitable (I think). The Yamato in my division was able to flank the enemy BBs. RIP. (I did about 50k damage so nothing special for me) Would you guess that I did only 56k myself. Topping the score in that battle was weird AF, enough for me to laugh it off for a few minutes. Yet another one of the now pretty numerous meet-forumite-and-the-battle-goes-strange-as-hell battles I have. You guys have become a bit of a Jonah for me... but at least it is generally entertaining. Our team won, but I didn't really contribute. I was a bit cranky because of that and closed the game client, so I don't know the details of that battle. Couldn't say hello due to fresh chat ban ( don't like them when they're stale), he challenged me, so i couldn't really say no when i got spotted. I rushed him in my Gaede and sank him and the Fiji behind him before my boat was sunk. Despite me getting sunk very early on in the game, i managed to top the score board. We won the game, by the skin of teeth. We had a 900+ vs 280 points advantage when my team started doing really stupid things and just died. One Nagato, doing bugger-all all game, managed to cap A and win before getting tag teamed by the remaining 4 enemy ships...with a solo warrior. Achievement my a$$ Was nice meeting you Corvi! Sadly MM threw a vicious curveball and put my Hiryuu into a mostly tier IX/VIII game chockfull of nasty AA. And Masaru's Scharnhorst is either AA spcced or he had ridiculous AA RNG because he just melted my aircraft when I thought he might be a slightly easier target than all those Neptunes ... Ended up doing crap all because I never got a clear drop with the enemy always having been clustered up or simply being AA powerhouses that I couldn't drop on even if they were alone. Got a good flooding on the Izumo who instant DCPed a single fire, but that was basically all the damage I got. +/-2 MM for CVs is nasty (toptier CVs just sh*t on everything, bottom tier their airplanes just fall from the skies from higher tier AA). All I saw was a Hipper overextend massively into their spawn and as he is dying to concentrated fire from a Benson, Minks, Graf Spee and a french cruiser he type about how he is facing such dramatic odds. I told him he shouldn't be there. He then tells me that if he is fighting 4 ships (for perhaps 2 minutes tops before he dies) that there must be weakness elsewhere and it should have been exploited.
