Which forum members have you seen in random battles?

Our division ran into OttoZander in his Khabarovsk.

 

Sadly most of our team was adamant at defending A to the last ship despite us already having captured it from the very start so they pretty much useless for the majority of the game and eventually pincered. Bet eh, weekend, can't help it.

 

Also ran into a lot of Snubs today

Met LetsRockAndRoll yesterday in my team, standard battle on two brothers. The enemy was quite passive on our side and went back after the first encounters, we followed and after sinking them and we managed to get their base.

Later I had ABED1984 in the enemy team, both in Leningrad. He sunk me but my team had the better ending.

Played a couple of games in a div with xenopathia, was quite entertaining.

 

Just met waxx25 in his Algerie on Neighbours. He was in a OMNI division (the player names escape me atm - sorry - they were sailing Algerie and Schanrhorst) on the enemy team.

We had a nice conversation about the french line while i was sailing in circles.

We won, tho not sure how as i was busy figuring out how to play the Algerie myself.

It was my first game with the freshly unlocked TVII french cruiser, and it did surprise me how often she loses modules.

Lost my front turrets twice that game, one of my rear turrets once.

Did sail for a while in circles due to losing my rudder and ended up being last with a rather underwhelming result damage wise.

 

waxx25 told me however, it's easy to get detonated in every french cruiser, so there's something i can look forward to. ^^

 

My second game in the Algerie was way better tho.

CosMoe in the enemy team early this morning (just a few minutes) ago.

 

 

I didnt notice until now that I saw the name while posting in the achievements thread. Put a few shells including a cit into his T 8 cruiser towards the end of the game, but tbh we essentially had no contact and I was to busy at the time to even notice the name: Stearing clear of islands, avoiding being craped on by air and shooting at CosMoe at the same time.

Spotted havaduck in Fault Line in the early hours yesterday. Very close game, enemy was up to 998 when we got the last cap and went on to win.

I've met Troublemaker_CRO today. Our life time friendship was interrupted by 20 minutes, We were on the wrong sides. I was in Roon and he in Yamato. His team failed completely: leaving him to rot. I nailed him but with no honor. Like Worf would say: he fought with honor. Thank you my friend, for the awesome battle. We won. By sheer luck.

Met Waxx25 on the enemy team while me and my friends were playing our tier X dds. He was in division with Flamu and Runner357.

Their division played well and Waxx carried well to win a tight game. We all complimented him

(Turns out my div mate torped Flamu for a dev strike. Flamu then called us stream snipers and mongos. Which is nice For the record we didn't. Also got whined at for taking a 3 man dd division. Maybe this is naming and shaming, but a CCT shouldn't be able to just say that about me to his stream with no response )

Yeah. Flamu died but waxx in his Minotaur hunted me down. The one ship I don't want to see in khaba is a Minotaur. Tried to pick off his gearing buddy but he wouldn't die. Sadly the rest of our team couldn't cope and I knew the Zao at the end was not going to beat waxx 1v1. I suggested fleeing but never mind - it was a really fun game to be in. I didn't even notice Flamu until it was pointed out  

 

I also potatoes and didn't mount premium speed boost. That would have come in very handy.

 

I was just disappointed to return to port to a message that I'd been called a mongo division or something like that. I know. I should just ignore it. People get salty etc. And it's part of the Flamu "thing". But its still not nice

So I just stumbled upon Aerroon and Strangers in a battle; my first brush with celebrity forumites  (and I thought that Gearing was being particularly hard to take down!)

SgtCole was on the enemy team in his Baltimore, and his divisionmate was Farwi in his Missouri. It seems he visits this forum too (although I didn't recognize him because he doesn't spam as many posts as I do ).

I was scared of these two radar ships, but when SgtCole spotted me it was in fact a lack of SA from my side. He almost rekt me and I was barely alive. In the end our team managed to win, but SgtCole and Farwi did well so GG guys.

Unfortunately, the Fate decided otherwise, and we couldn't make a true camper faceoff. However, his team was better and they won the game. We both ended at tops of XP in respecting team.

I reserve my special ammo for that day.

I remember that one, I think. Basically for being one of the very few matches in recent days when I neither detonated nor my connection died on me mid-battle. I did mention not to touch fornicating Vodafone with a yard-long stick, yes? No? Do not touch those fucktards with a yard-long stick and gloves on. Took them two month to fix my connection, even lasted for nearly a week... unbe-fornicating-lievable how incompetent their technicians are. Anyway, I probably won't be around until I liberated my connection in court from them - wip - by now things have reached the point again where I can't justify burdening my teams with this kind of unreliability.
