Ran into Negativv and his friend on enemy team, I was in shima they were in tier 8's. *his friend got devestated by me and i yolod on negativv so my div could get some dmg, it was a slaughter)

Also ran into tomtom in my team, we won of course.

 

Yes, i was the poor t8 bb devastated by Waxx25...    We lost 3 caps after 5 mins, you know one of those battles everyone wants to forget ASAP, so I tried to cap with my bb and negativvv too with his bb, but waxx25 was waiting the chicken ( me...) behind an Island with his Shima. 

Battle was lost after 5 mins, anyways is preferable to meet waxx25 in your team...

Lol, the funny thing is that after this battle I said "thank you" for devastating my poor bb to waxx25 in private chat, and he said  he complimented me in game!  Too kind...

i met lup3s today in my team and we carried to victory. did a few matches afterwards as division. thx for the games

 

In one of those battles we met Jethro_Grey. That battle we didn't win however (most players on our team took part in a cowardly lemming train).

I saw Jethro too, last night in my Edinburgh. On opposite sides, he was in a very short lived Gearing so not the finest of games. He got a Flesh Wound kill however

What am I not getting here? Whenever I met waxx25 very enjoyable matches ensued, whether he was on my side or not. It's just nice to play with people who are determined and take the whole thing seriously enough to actually have fun. Err... is that a very German attitude there? Maybe, how cares. Whatever, just saying.

I hope you were not referring to my post, because i was totally ironic.  It was a pleasure for me to play vs. waxx25, and more pleasure when we played a coupleof games in division the day before...

Met a lot of people today. MasaruKondura, daki ... even had the (mis-)fortune of running into _FTD_ and [OMNI] friends in a game that was so hilariously lopsided I could naught believe it. Our own division also chanced across a [TTT] division in a game that was conversely so ludicrously lopsided I didn't even break 20k damage because the enemy was constantly running away (I swear, as soon as the Ocean map loads, 90% of the playerbase completely draws a blank and they just run the whole time).

Our battle was among the quickest Standard battles I've experienced so far.

We were done in about 9 mins.

 

No matter the short duration, great fun thanks to some nice pure aggression which shattered the enemy

waxx25 is taking pride in being low on Karma, which I think is totally wrong as he indeed is a good player, hence I encourage everyone to compliment him to do his skillz justice (and to annoy him).

Just met _FTD_ in battle. Managed to put a torp into his Hindenburg.

In the end his team was more capable then mine, there was only so much I could carry (and boy did I have to carry hard), and they won.

Nope. Just bad positioning. I fought the Kurfürst and Yamato at less then 5 km distance. I've made a wrong turn and gave them a perfect shot.

The HE damage was from smaller calibers.

 

Edit: It is kind of interesting that this topic only appeared so recently. I have always used AP from my BBs to hunt DDs, as I never had the time to switch ammo first. For 15 months I didn't even think that there might be something odd about it.

When i saw the lemming train my team was doing i decided to defend the other side first, but after taking so much damage and seeing a DD next to me unwilling to smoke me up, i decided to do a yolo run with my Zao on Tyrendians team mate who was acompanied by a Montana and a Zao.

 

Met Ofenkartoffel in a previous game on my team in his Tirpitz, the game ended up being pretty good for me with a decent amount of damage done, while holding a flank more or less alone vs two Montanas and a Des Moines. I also would like to congrats the shima that kept spotting me the entire time. Too bad for him tho, that none of his torps hit. WASD works... ^^

yeah that was a rather odd game... T10 cruisers everywhere, except one poor Prinz Eugen who promptly got evaporated after being the first guy spotted... pleasure to meet you tho!

 

Also met IceyJones in his Montana during the evening, happened to be close by in my Benson so invited him into my cuddly smoke pretty bad game for me, as will happen to a Benson when the enemy team has a CV, a Khaba and two Des Moines... not a lot I could get done except smoking and capping... but worked out, we won in the end, so I'll take it.

Had Flamu in a Baltimore with some friends on the enemy team last night - they dealt with us in very short order. Made in Neptune top rank of our team, but wasn't really much of an achievement

But I was a bit preoccupied and don't think I made much of an impression on the game, as I was in one of the new French cruisers, which I am still getting to know.

Just saw Egoleter.

Unfortunately, he saw what a scrub I really am..

Was fun, though neither one of us seemed to have a great game.

I was in a squishy French tier VI CA, he was in Amagi, so I didn't get too close to him, but his teammates kept shooting at me, forcing me back.

Then our BBs in that area of the map got sunk, so I tried to run even faster, ended up dying without accomplishing much of anything.

He at least sank someone, then got to spend the rest of the game trying to run down the stragglers.

We got a bit of roflstomped.. were way behind on points.

Still getting to know these Frenchies, but so far, the tier VI isn't very lucky for me.

Can dish it out, but, boy, does she eat citadels for breakfast..

Just ran into Yuki, while I was derping pretty hard in my shiny new Albert. Guess I need to get used to the slow juggernauts again before the seal clubbing can ensue. I also guess my team lost that one, pretty much looked like it when I went to get coffee levels up to required standards again. Next match I had _FTD_ on my team in a Charles Martel. As it turned out that wasn't enough coffee, we lost on points, despite _FTD_s best efforts to carry the team. He came in first, of course, I was third in my Mogami, about 500 points behind him, which really isn't good enough. On top of that the fun and engaging client crashed over that result screen yet again, this time taking the entire system down. No small feat on Linux, so well done WG. At this point I should probably call it a night, but of course I'm going to be tenacious about it, so back to blowing stuff up now.
