We were on the same team and i managed 4 kills in my Shimakaze but the enemy overwhelmed us in the end. Good play by noodle though.Then i bumped into a semi-OMNI div with _FTD_, RNGsama and Runner357. It was nice seeing them but unfortunately they were on the enemy side and my Yamato didn't enjoy it at all. Torps hurt! We lost quite easily. Nice meeting you all. Fair seas captains! I was on the enemy team in my Scharnhorst. Only one DD per side so I kept trying to push the B cap but you guys, along with a lot of your team, were staying central and kept forcing me away. In the end I gave it up and went for one of the outer caps. I thought we were going to lose but by the time I gad happed A or C (can't remember which side we spawned) your team had lost most of their ships. Ah I remember that now, your team got a healthy points advantage and I started the game by HE spamming you (if that was you). Somehow you survived until late game as you sneaked off instead of dying like a potato! Your team pushed C pretty hard and I made a conscious decision to go kill instead of cap and we drew it back. Just, urgh! MM was already brutal (the match with daki in particular, tier X max, but our team gets six tier VIII ships whereas the enemy only had 2 tier VIII ships. Domination mode and the enemy gets a tier IX DD division, we get a single Benson) and the teams ... Iowa with Survivability Expert should say it, but really there was even worse today. I'm not sure if the meta has grown even more passive or easter holidays just sprouts more potatoes but some of the teams I've gotten today... I still think that match was winnable if I hadn't potatoed and forgot about the DM, I obviously didn't last long with 50 hp and being radared. Unfortunately I had little impact on the match other than shooting down planes, capping, spotting and smoking. I did come top by close to 1000 points I made a misplay quite frankly. I saw too many of our allies alive and kept pushing forwards in the Yamato. If I stayed behind the rock and held the position, the enemy team would be unable to advance and we could have forced a win by points. They didn't end well. Also encountered IceyJones on the enemy team twice. The first game we lost but the second we managed to scrape a win thanks to some stunning work from our CV captain. I have to confess, in the second battle I did warn our team that Icey was dangerous and asked that they shut him down early and our CV captain did exactly that taking him out before he could properly get into the fight. Sorry Icey Edit to add: Just noticed he mentioned this game in another thread, guess he was less than happy. Again, my apologies mate.
