We operate a no rules policy mostly (no enforced discord/team chat etc) although if you last to join a division you get to choose tier is an informal rule ;) We have about half of Europe represented so far. I have never been in clan and can not use team chat regularly. But, I would like to learn new things and same as in real life and I can learn, for sure.
