Premium Shop has over a dozen additional ships just added back to buy!

Hi all, just a Heads Up - The premium shops "Ships" section has just had over 12 ships (which had originally been removed over time) re-added. So if you want to pick up a ship which you missed out on before, have a look and see if it's back to buy!

Not that I ever considered her op.

 

Finally I can get myself a Huanghe! Oh wait, they nerfed her AA.

Guess the Perth is better - but she's too solid to consider ^^

Are these new old ones? I bought the Okhotnik the other day, which is fun, and things like Marblehead were around. No sign of Murmansk, though...

Got both now! My first ever Co-Op Huanghe game is in Spoiler - It's OK I suppose I prefer it's TRB consumable for Co-Op which the Perth doesn't have.

They nerfed Huang He's AA? Still pretty good, though, and a fun ship to play. Never liked Perth, though.

It's all right. Wouldn't call her a great boat, but I like her.

 

As a side note Littlewhitemouse considers her Garbage last time I checked, a verdict I personally do not agree with.

But, is she right about the shells? She says they're identical to KGV, but someone on this forum said DoY AP has a different fuse setting and therefore gets citadels easier than KGV.

Having never had the..pleasure of playing the KGV I can  not really comment on that. But I can say that I personally haven't had much problems using her AP shells in the 25 games I have played in the Duke of Spork to date.

DoY AP shells have improved penetration angles compared to the KGV.

I have only the Marblehead. Go for Murmansk if you want the stronger better faster one, Marblehead is special. It feels like a god in tier 5 MM, it's ok in tier 6 MM and utter garbage in tier 7 MM a.k.a. 90% of the time.

The Octopussy Revolution will be available in the Arsenal at some point in the future.

True, I barely played her after the missions. She is a collector ship and only if you are hellbent on not playing RN BBs she might be considered or if you are like me that you want everything regardless (and I know I am crazy).

 

Well its best use is naturally the days when it is the +200 % or similar for first win if you train RN captains as I have both Warspite, Hood, Nelson , DoY you can have 5 first win bonuses on same captain (+ Belfast makes 6).

So it is in special situations.

 

If you are a normal player look for other ships.

But tears when you Hydro someone in smoke are priceless. Otherwise silver KGV is better
