Division discord?

Anyone know if there is a public discord to hook up with other people who want to play in a division and get that teamwork rolling? 
I know about the ingame chat channel. But it is mainly spammed up with clan recruitment in all languages, other than English.

You could check the 'Help me' discord.

 

Not only limited for players that need help, but overall a non toxic discord.

If you have those people in your friendlist you could just start a voice call with em.
If you mean: go in game, ask for a division and at that moment have all 3 people join a discord server and join a voice channel that is not going to work.

The game has an option for ingame voice communication that is off by default.It would be easier to coordinate something there.Easier does not equal easy.

Better get into a clan and division from there
