Seconds before your timestamp the narrator even declares it, again! Quote from 2:22min: "...the 14.3 caliber rule doesn't work with 203mm. Next, the second check applies: the ricochet calculation." As @principat121 already mentioned, the video itself right were you linked it even says: Quote "Next, the second check applies: the ricochet calculation."
