"Premium Camo"?

Regarding the US cruiser split that is upcoming, people mentioned that if you have the premium camo for Cleveland, the both the T6 and T8 cruiser you get will also have the premium camo. By this, do they mean the 1000 doubloon camo available in the 'camouflage' tab in Port, or are there even more premium camos available with even better benefits?

No, they mean the standard camo. Special camos with extraordinary bonusses are only available for a handful of premium ships, e.g. the Kobayashi camo for Ashitaka, Kii and Roma, the camos for Prinz Eugen and for Anshan.

 

Plus the necessity for purchasing that Cleveland camo is discussed, as with finishing the upcoming cruiser collection you get a chance for a camo for the T8-Cleveland. Of course, if you buy the camo now you don't need to do the extensive challenge of collecting containers and you have a camo for the T6-Pensacola.

I don't quite understand - are you saying the Cleveland camo people are talking about, which you will get on the free T8 after the cruiser split, is indeed the 1000 doubloon one (-10% repair cost, +50% XP etc)?

Well to be overly precise, the T6 camo is type 16, whereas the T8 will be type 18. But both have identical attributes, so the difference is merely nominal.
