It serves no purpose and like team damage has no place in the game. But this is WG we are talking about. I haven't played that much this season (or the last one, or that one before) but I do play a bit and I do sometimes make stupid mistakes that can (or in fact do) cost my team victory - and yet my karma seems stable overall. Seeing how you reached R1 with pretty low WR% and in not THAT many battles, it's pretty clear that what propelled you to R1 was not exemplary performance leading to victories but accumulation of XP leading to saving stars on defeats. So, to sum things up: your Karma plummeted because people were angry seeing you save a star in matches where you seemed to be mostly useless but farmed XP well. Which is, incidentally, the very kind of behavior that deserves losing karma. Plus, perhaps, you were raging in chat and lost a couple points there as well? Overall, while I can't be certain without actually seeing you play, I feel like I'd give around... say, 70% chance that you deserved losing all that karma significantly more than you deserved acquiring the R1. But don't worry, whether the losses were deserved or just caused by jealous people reporting you unjustly out of spite, Karma serves no purpose beside making your compliment and report pools slightly larger. You finished season 9 with 50.65% WR and you lost all your karma. As the others implied, the Mongqueror and it's typical play style isn't considered as a strong asset in a ranked battle. Only good players who know when to push and take the heat or who use AP when it is needed make a difference in this ship. Is this constructive enough, @FrankeMand? How do you know that? Apparently you deserved reports, since you had to "insult battle" in the game and people were reporting you (and probably asking others too) ....Whats the point of this thread? [OP] Yamato942 Players 313 posts 14,932 battles Report post #17 Posted May 26, 2018 As i said in many ranked, conq is easy to farm dmg and xp and in lost always first by exp, they really need to reward differently xp for AP dmg and for fire dmg, its not same, when i do in yamato 150k dmg that not repaireble more then 10% and i tank a lot but then conq shot from 20km all match and set firrs and farm more dmg and steal my star its a such injustice. The karma system is of absolutely now value..!! Do I need to know the outcome to report the BB camping in the back, low-impact farming damage, keeping their star while the rest of the team died?
