Cruiser split official position

Hi,

 

after that somewhat confusing Flamu video of today,

where can I read up on Wargaming's complete, official "compensation policies" (or whatever you want to call it) regarding the upcoming cruiser split?

 

I find these things are much easier to take in if you see them "black on white" if you know what I mean.

A quick look at your profile shows you have none of the affected ships, so nothing would change for you.

 

You do still have about a week to get your way through St. Louis, Phoenix and Omaha to get the Cleveland (having it in the port is the important part) - if you managed that after the split you would have the t6 Pepsi (as upgraded as your Cleveland was at that point) and the t8 Cleveland (most likely stock)
