Norwegian player looking for a mature relaxed clan

So ive played some 3k games solo, and now i feel i need to get a clan to learn the ropes properly, ive ofcourse spent way to much time watching flamu, aeerron and notser, so ive picked up on some things there. my w/r is not particularly impressive, i often die early in games, no neither is my killrate. but that happens because i play aggro and into objectives. i prefer close range over sniping, and solo runs over lemmings.  I have t10 DM, KHA,Yammy, Hindy and in a day or 2 shima.
