Why players not are climbing the ranks in Ranked as expected

I think bad MM is one of the reasons. The other reasons you gave as options are also valid, too bad we can only choose one.

Yea, I think it's meant to be so. 'The primary reason' leaves you to think about what you believe is the primary cause.

Poor DD play as always. I took Indomitable for a joyride and no one DD turned off AA allowing me to spot and murder them at leasure.
