Here you go

 

 

New ships:

  • Soviet light cruiser Murmansk (USS Milwaukee) used by Soviets from 1944 till 1949 and then returned to USA.

Ship changes:

  • Some Japanese destroyers get faster turning turrets and shorter reload times
  • Fixed a bug that caused 1hko of destroyers most if the time if AP shell hit below the waterline
  • Fixed glitches in the scope mode

New maps:

  • Return of "New Dawn" map
  • An experimental "Ocean" map without any obstacles

Map fixes:

  • Superiority mode now adds 3 points per second instead of 4
  • Speed of capture depends on 2 ships only. Though capture points are distributed to all ships in area

Interface:

  • Credits after the battle are now shown without taking repairs and ammo in consideration
  • Post-battle screen now correctly handles torpedo damage
  • Post-battle screen now has a game logo
  • Added limit to how many 'special' symbols you can enter when creating a chat channel
  • Removed block of crew retraining for piasters button in case if player doesn't have enough credits
  • Removed block of buy button when buying Soviet ships using piasters
  • Now you can buy a ship without the crew
  • Link "report a bug" now leads to player support center
  • Now you can see the cost of removing your mods from the ship you're planning to sell
  • Fixed incorrect displaying of prices when changing modifications
  • Now you can see how many days of premium are left
  • Added a link for premium shop
  • Changed rates for map distribution

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed a bug that prevented client from saving its state after closing
  • Decreased crash occurrences
  • Fixed crash possibility when exp transferring
  • Fixed crash possibility when clicking 'combat efficiency' (sorry if I'm wrong here, don't have English client)
  • Fixed crash possibility when researching of ships takes long time (?)
  • Fixed incorrect display of gun fire effects at maps "Big Race" and "North"
  • Somewhat improved bot navigation
  • Fixed incorrect behaviour of torpedo tubes when switching fire modes (out of range fix)
  • Fixed flying camera at the end of battle
  • Fixed bug when torpedo assist was still visible after ship destruction
  • Fixed incorrect display of slots after getting a premium ship
  • Fixed button of the previous ship in the Hatsuharu research tree
  • Fixed daily duty button

Open Map without obstacles.

Will see how it works but I have dark fears for my beloved US DDs. Get closer than 4,5km in Open seas? We will see.

Regarding the TTS of the IJN destroyers it can range from 10% to nearly 50% quicker depending on ship.

 

Bots, oh yes watch out for those damn bots!

Will see how it works but I have dark fears for my beloved US DDs. Get closer than 4,5km in Open seas? We will see.

 

I appreciate the difficulties that may be offered on Ocean with DD's but it will open up a raft of possible tactics. One I suggested in testing was for a DD to hide behind an ally BB and slowly get closer until DD drops back and unleashes torpedoes on an unsuspecting enemy (who would normally only expect heavy shells!). We will see....

Well chuffed to hear that some of the IJN destroyers are getting faster turret traverse. I understand that WG wanted encourage you to use the superior torpedoes of Japanese ships, but those traverse rates were ridiculous.

Atm we have some maps with open sea at the flanks and guess whats happening? Firefights at max range. BBs shooting at each other from 20km, and if you are a CA and dare to get closer to use your guns at a range of about 12...13km you are the nearest target to the enemy (your BBs dont move, why should they...) and you soak up all shells from the enemy team.

There is almost no space for a DD to operare there.

Thats why I have some bad feelings about this. At open Sea there is a lot about range.

Trust me, it's loads of fun for all classes of ship, including DDs. combat gets very close very quickly without you realising it on that map, and it makes for some great 5km gun duels of CAs, BBs and DDs, all in the same area.

Well I do not remember the Farragut having 22 AA score or the Cleve having 47 with Upd hull and ofc Des Moines with 71...

I'm pretty sure they put a plus 10-20 on every ship 

The Omaha had 8 before patch now she has 12 same with Phoenix bf patch 2 now 7

So many people wanted the open sea map (including me), so finally we can try it and see how it works out.

Fix the problem when you shoot 6 torpedoes at a ship from 2 KM 5 of them hit the ship and none of them does any damage?... no? Ok..

you've droped them too close to the ship and the torps did not armed. There's a minimum arming distance to air-dropped torps.

I don't know the exact value but maybe around 500m to 1km? It happened to me quite often when the guy turned into the torps before they activated.

Or 300m I have no idea really:D
