Does high mm armor plate mean better protection for the ship?If yes,why Moskva boardside armor is so weak to AP?and Its front armor is the best around T10s?

in World of Wargaming there is no Armor by your meaning.

There is always gun/shell that will penetrate u at 90deg angle.

NO cruiser  armor is good for bow tanking against TX BB there is enough that have tried...ended in port oneshoted.

only bad rng can save u lol. moskva broadside citadel plating is 1 thing but little above water line u have very tin citadel plating with spaced armor.

so broadside in any ship NEVER

always angled and WSWSWSWSWSWSWSW

Yes

Because it`s not meant to tank AP straight on. It`s  meant to be angled.

With proper angling even a DD (Khabarovsk) can tank Yamato AP shells.

Learn about overmatching (AP penetration regardless of angle), but now at least read this: http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Armor_thresholds

No it`s not. Hindenburg takes the crown.

Neither there was in real life.

While in game German BBs are immune to citadel hits from closer ranges that's because of auto-bounce mechanics.

Really doubt that would have worked completely in reality at least against USN 16" super heavy or Yamato APs.
