It's not really connected with the game, but I think some might be interested, as we wait for the RN CV's. Defo not gonna play the new CV's like i used to. 90% sure i'm gonna get rid of one whole line at the very least. The gameplay of the new system is soooo boring. Sorry to spam this stuff here, but I'm a little bit excited to finally see these ships in the game (I think I'm the only one). These pictures are fascinating to me, because they represent a naval might the Royal Navy hasn't really had during my lifetime. I was three months old when the Ark Royal, the last RN carrier to launch planes with catapults was decommissioned. Here's a beautiful picture of HMS Indomitable, the upcoming T8 premium, in the Mediterranean. Picture is taken from HMS Victorious, and in the background is HMS Eagle who'd be sunk a day later. (More colourised pictures of RN CV's here.) And here's a picture of the upcoming T10, HMS Audacious, who'd enter real-world service as HMS Eagle. This is her during the Suez crisis. In the background are the smaller Centaur-class fleet carriers HMS Bulwark and HMS Albion. (From this article.) Here's a later shot of the other Audacious-class ship, the Ark Royal. [PFFC] MRGTB [PFFC] Players 1,285 posts Report post #41 Posted February 4, 2019 Looking forward to the British CV coming after trying to new rework today for the first time, seeing how CV plays now plays differently. I tried it before the rework and thought it wasn't involved enough like using ships, a bit boring really. Now things are far better with CV play, you are much more involved flying the planes being part of the match, far better visuals involved playing CV than before. Hopefully the next update might include the British CV, I did see a person on the enemy team testing the tier 6 one in a match other day. So looks like they are getting ready to add them very soon.
