Odd that as I find it far from rare to meet 7 or 8 BB a side, admittedly I sometimes play at odd hours where the MM takes a minute or so to make a game. As I said earlier the large BB population has driven a lot of cruiser players to play DD's or BB's to actually get to play the game rather than get zapped due to BB crossfire and citadels from all angles. Hard cap BBs to 3 per team, less BBs would mean more cruisers, more cruisers would in time reduce the number of DDs and in turn increase the number of cruisers even more. There you have it!
