Hello, i already opened a ticket with the support, but i would like to understand and share with you your direct experience about the referral system that we can find here ----> http://playtogether.worldofwarships.eu/ well... scrolling the page you read that you and your friend can have advantages from that.. I have tried to give the invitation to my friend, but he didn't receive nothing. Or the invitation link doesn't work correctly, or something else didn't work well. any ideas?

    Issues with 2FA

    I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is a solution. Yesterday i set up 2FA for my WOWs account. Everything worked fine. Today i want to log on to my account, get requested a 2FA code, enter the code presented on my phone for WOWs and i get the message the code is incorrect. So i was thinking i might have made a typo, so i re-enter the code. Again an error. So i decide to wait for a different number and try that one. Same results. Does anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it. Also when creating a ticket, your account and contact account email adres must be different? Why is that i only use one email adres.

I myself came to the Budyonny al pins required then to unlock the budyonny , you had to play one more battle to get the budyonny and the camo. This means that all the content of the in-game missions will become available on Monday for everyone, regardless of which package they purchased. DutchDelightsNL 24 January 2017 15:59 i am sorry but it is still not a satisfying answer, why? 1. mission statement; play 1 battle 2. event ends at 00:59 3. battle started: according to your data 00:54 4 hence i fullfilled mission before the end of event 5. when aquired enough xp to unlock a container and you did not collect container before server reset you will find container for you next time you login 6 according to this not collecting my prize should not effect the state of the mission being play 1 battle therefore it does not state that i had to play the battle before or battle timer must be ended before end of event only sates play 1 battle, so having no time left to collect reward before end of timer battle should there fore not mean i could not recieve my prize being a BudYonny which because i completed the mission ebfore the event ended should have been waiting for me at the next available moment incl captain and camo reward DutchDelightsNL 24 January 2017 16:01 the misson does not state play one battle and battle has to end before end of event it just stated play 1 battle wich i have done well before timer ended Stefan Nicholas 24 January 2017 16:08 Hello DutchDelightsNL, Thank you for contacting Wargaming Customer Support.     Ticket?

    Guten Abend zusammen! Kurze Frage, wie bzw wo kann ich genau ein Ticket erstellen? Habe ehrlich gesagt, noch nie jenes in Anspruch nehmen müssen, Wenn man mir aber erzählt ich soll an Krebs sterben und gefälligst ins KZ nach Auschwitz, damit man mich und meine Familie vergast ,... Nun ......da würde ich dann doch gern ein Ticket eröffnen. Ist jemand so nett von euch und kann mich da evtl direkt verlinken? Das wäre klasse.   6. Guten Morgen, ich habe noch ein paar offene Tickets. Davon sind mind. 2 älter als 3 Tage. WIE kann es sein, dass der deutschsprachige-Support so lange brauch um überhaut zu antworten. Normalerweise erhält man innerhalb von 24-48 Stunden eine Antwort. Und die Aussage, wir erhalten im Moment sehr viele Anfrage, glaube ich irgendwie nicht mehr. Naja, wenn dass der Definition Kundenservice, Schnelligkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit entspricht, weiß ich nicht, was so täglich da im Büro geraucht wird.

I reported a bug via support page (as intructed by the sticky topic here in this forum), created a ticket and got a very nice reply, which is fine but what confused me is the last part of the message: Now, I don't even want to point out, that the link provided is for the CAT (archived) General Discussion section. What I would really like to know is, how the hell should we actually report the bugs we find. PLEASE WG, make up your minds, and tell me: Forum or Support Page

    Account damaged, what should I do?

    Hello, on the day of the release of 0.5.3.0 I updated my client successfully, but during login into my port, the game crashed (World of Warships.exe stopped working). So I launched the game and tried to log in again, but the client just got stuck in an loop of loading data, usually it only takes 5-25s to load into the port, but now I waited over 1h and 35min. I tried over and over again, I took the common action to track/fix bugs, reinstalled the game, fragmented the HD, tested the files using WG_Tracker, disabled antivir, firewall, ect... Nothing helped, So I used my old CBT account, and I logged in without problems, now I tried my main Account again, client hangs up again. Also I tested it on my old Laptop and the PC of my friend, with the very same results: Logging in with any account is fine, logging in with my account hangs up the client in receiving data. On the same day, I contacted the Support, and the first replied with "Please remove all you World of Tanks modifications, in your World of Warships Folder", after about 3 more replies they said Now a full week passed, and they haven't contacted me again. In one of my older Tickets it took them 4 Weeks before they came back to me. Is there anything I can do? I wont be able to finish my Myoko challange (85% done) and I am also missing out the Start of the team battles (my team is fighting without me), also I will miss the Russian Crusier Event. How often does it happen that a Database error prevent you from logging in, and how long does such a check take? From my experience the support staff, seems to be incompetent, not understanding the issue at hand, replying with incorrect automated replies, switching language every reply... Should I just create new Tickets until somebody finally decides to read the ticket? Or what would be the best option?
