    Ranked - Season 10 (patch 0.7.8)

According to the Developer Bulletin posted today, the next patch will see the next season of ranked, as follows. Does this mean League of Sea Wolves is going to be League of Kamikaze vs. Cesare? Are there any regular tier V's that would cut the mustard? Not sure why I'm asking, I've never played ranked and don't have any tier 10s so I'm quite unlikely to reach rank 1 but I'd like to know if I should buy back my Podvoisky on the off-chance.

    Patchnotes 0.5.11 from TAP

from The Armored Partol: We can expect the following changes to be implemented in Patch 0.5.11: -Russian tier 6 and 7 cruisers (Budyonny and Schors) will receive Radar Surveillance, with range of 8.1km and 9km respectively and a duration of 15 seconds. –All ships with the Radar Surveillance consumable will have their cooldown time halved (360 seconds to 180 seconds for Radar Surveillance I ; 240 seconds to 120 seconds for Radar Surveillance II) -All US Fighter Groups will receive a 33.3% increase in their loadout (33.3% more ammo) I cannot even begin to fathom the sheer amount of stupidity, insanity and vodka that must have gone into this . . . I dont even know what to call it . . . patch.
