  1. Hello captain, because this forum is in English this recruitment text is also. Below you wil find the Dutch translation (although almost everyone speaks English now a days ) Royal Netherlands Digital Army (RNLDA) is a Dutch clan and we are looking for Dutch players. We are looking for al sorts of players to strengthen our ranks. We accept new players as wel, because we remember how it felt when we started playing. Maybe you are somewhat insecure, don't have high tiers yet, looking for tips on gameplay and ship tactics. Or you are that seasoned player who wants to be in an active clan, playing foor the win, but also want to share your knowledge en experience with the newbies. No matter if you like to be bold and brawling, like to hunt and scout in a Destroyer (DD), you want it a bit slow but hitting hard with big guns from a Battleship (BB), or like to attack long distance from an Aircraftcarrier (CV). As long you are willing to play in a team, as a team and win with the team, you are welcome. And off course we want players who love Cruisers (CA) also We use Discord for voice communication (mandatory in teamplay) Interested? send me a message in game for an invite or send a application. Hope to see you soon in our fleet. McHook

    Norway WW2 Cruiser Frøya

The minelayer HNoMS Frøya was built for the Royal Norwegian Navy by the naval shipyard in Horten during World War I, with yard number 108. A fast ship for her time, she was kept in service until the German invasion of Norway in 1940. At some point between her commissioning and 1940, a 76 mm gun was added to her armaments. Frøya was the first purpose-built minelayer commissioned into the RNoN. At the time the Germans invaded Norway, Frøya was underway from Finnmark to Horten naval base in the Oslofjord, and on 8 April she anchored at Brekstad harbour at Ørland at the mouth of the Trondheimsfjord. Due to bad weather Captain T. Schrøder-Nielsen was reluctant to cross Hustadvika bay on with the ship's full load of mines and had sought shelter at Brekstad overnight. When, on the morning of 9 April, the German assault came, the crew of the Frøya observed the intruding German warships making their way to Trondheim. Trapped in the fjord, the decision was made to move the minelayer into the nearby Stjørnfjord. In the Stjørnfjord Frøya repeatedly came under attack from both land based artillery and Luftwaffe bombers. On 13 April Captain Schrøder-Nielsen decided all hope was lost and, refusing to let his ship fall into German hands, he ordered her scuttled. After removing some equipment and Frøya's load of mines for possible later use the crew of Frøya rammed their ship at great speed ashore at Søtvika, opened the ship's valves and at 12:30 fired explosive charges, demolishing her. Shortly after being scuttled the wreck of Frøya was discovered by Kapitänleutnant Wilhelm Rollmann of the German submarine U-34. As the U-boat captain believed her still to be salvageable for the Norwegians the submarine torpedoed Frøya, blowing the stern off the already wrecked minelayer. Norway WW2 Destroyer Gyller

HNoMS Gyller was a Sleipner-class destroyer commissioned into the Royal Norwegian Navy in 1938. Along with the other Sleipner-class vessels in commission at that time, she took part in protecting Norwegian neutrality during the Second World War. After initially serving in the far north during the Finno-Soviet Winter War, she was redeployed to Southern Norway, escorting ships through Norwegian territorial waters. When the Germans invaded Norway on 9 April 1940, she was docked at Kristiansand. After taking part in the defence of the port city, she was captured intact by the invading Germans. Renamed Löwe, she sailed with Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine for the duration of the war. Gyller was built at Karljohansvern naval shipyard and had yard number 125. She was launched on 7 July 1938 Gyller had four torpedo tubes, instead of the two which were standard in the rest of her class. Freedom Containers, Level 4, Missions.

EDIT, _________________________________________________________ As answered in the thread, the chance for missions was removed, so anyone stumbling upon this thread, you wont get missions from Freedom Containers. My problem was that I watched Youtube videos of these containers being opened, saw each and everyone one get missions with far lesser quantities, they also mentioned the missions themselves was not in the description of the item. So I naturally and completely logically as a new player who as entirely expected did not thoroughly read every patch note before him, got those containers with the expectations to receive the same rewards, I did not, the chance were removed. I'm fully aware that it is far-fetched of me to expect them to have considered this scenario, it was just after all an UNFORTUNATE situation, so I will recommend a small description to be added notifying any future costumers of it. As it so happens I'm a first time costumer in WoWS and hopefully my feedback will be helpful. _________________________________________________________ OP, Hello, I was gifted some $$ by a family member to help boost my start in our World of Warships adventures, among them 25 Freedom containers, few problems, but it's late so I thought I'd turn here for some guidance. It was mentioned to me they should contain a chance at some missions for Ships of various tiers and classes, having nothing better to do this late I opened them. To my dismay as I opened container after container I did not see a single mission. I understood later that I needed to progress my "Level" to use the other items which is fine, but fact remains not a single mission was to be seen in those containers, from my googling adventures it seems they should have a pretty high chance to "drop". So I'm wondering, by opening them at such a low level (level 4) did I inadvertently reduced my chance of getting the missions to zero? All the best Hanikamu
