  1. Hi all, "Concealment Expert" (CE) captain skill in post v0.8.x world for BBs - YES or NO? I used this skill on all of my BBs as very 1st 4th row skill - because concealment was "additional armor" and it enabled engaging and disengaging with much greater flexibility for the player. But come the v0.8.x and there are suddenly CVs everywhere and airplanes are spotting everything almost from the start almost all the time (with quick airplane rotation and constant attacks this is the new way of life now)...     DDs - Concealment expert or RPF

    Hello everyone! Lately i have seen a lot of destroyers on the high tiers with RPF. I have always thought that concealment expert is a must but lately, i get absolutely recked by RPF. Which do you think is better? My only experience with DDs comes from the slightly OP Fletcher and i am thinking of getting the Gearing and trying out RPF on it. I am used to playing the Fletcher very passively. It used to be a great gunboat/torpedo boat mix but with all the hydro, radars and planes on high tiers i play it mostly as a torpedo boat.

    Mandatory captain perk is bad.

    i love the idea of concealment expert. but, - the moment it is mandatory for japs and usn dds, cause you have to use that perk to be competitive; especially in a game mode like "ranked/team battles" the effect is that massive! and it is game winning, over counterparts who does not use or have it. - There really has to be some perks which is on the same level as "concealment expert"- idea's... 20/% rudder/acceleration 10% speed increase Decreasing spotting timer after using guns down to 10seks instead of 20seks.
