CACCIATORPEDINIERE EUROPEI I cacciatorpediniere europei di livello V-IX solcano i mari in accesso anticipato! Caratteristiche del nuovo ramo dell’Albero tecnologico La caratteristica che contraddistingue il nuovo ramo sono i veloci siluri dalla lunga portata. I cacciatorpediniere europei sono dotati di una batteria principale dall’elevato rateo di fuoco a partire dal livello VII, e del consumabile Squadra di riparazione a partire dal livello V. Inoltre, grazie alle buone difese contraeree e alla possibilità di accedere al consumabile Sbarramento Contraereo ai livelli VIII, IX e X, sono in grado di affrontare efficacemente le incursioni aeree nemiche. Siluri caratterizzati da grande gittata ed elevata velocità, ma in grado di causare danni modesti. I siluri a bordo dei cacciatorpediniere europei possono essere lanciati con due differenti angoli di lancio: stretto e molto stretto. Buone difese contraeree con una buona gittata. A partire dal livello VIII, questi cacciatorpediniere sono equipaggiati con il consumabile Sbarramento contraereo. I cacciatorpediniere di livello VII e superiore sono equipaggiati con una batteria principale dall’elevato rateo di fuoco, potente a distanza ravvicinata, ma meno efficace sulle lunghe distanze per via del lungo tempo di volo e della gittata limitata. Queste navi non dispongono del Generatore di fumo, ma hanno una rilevabilità ridotta (fino a 6 km per l’Halland). Le navi di livello V e superiore hanno accesso al consumabile Squadra di riparazione, che ripristina l’1% degli HP persi ogni secondo, ma con solo 10 secondi di tempo d’azione. Ai livelli VIII e X, questo consumabile funziona per altri 4 secondi. L’intero ramo dei cacciatorpediniere europei diventerà disponibile per la ricerca in seguito al rilascio dell’aggiornamento 0.9.3. Per ottenere i cacciatorpediniere europei in accesso anticipato dovrete scambiare nell’Armeria una risorsa apposita, i Gettoni europei, con i pacchi contenenti il V Visby, il VI Västerås, lo VII Skåne, l’VIII Öland e l’IX Östergötland. Potrete trovare i Gettoni europei nei container Europa, che si ottengono progredendo nelle Direttive, oppure potete riceverli dalle Consegne del giorno. È possibile ricevere anche fino a dieci container partecipando agli streaming ufficiali di World of Warships. Attivate i codici bonus e completate le speciali missioni di combattimento per ottenerli. L’Albero tecnologico ora contiene lo X Småland, disponibile in cambio di 2.000.000 Exp tecnica. È la prima nave di livello X a essere resa disponibile in cambio di questa tipologia di risorsa. Lo X Småland è uno dei più grandi e più potenti cacciatorpediniere della Marina svedese. Proprio come i corrispettivi cacciatorpediniere ricercabili europei, lo Småland non dispone del Generatore di fumo, ma ha accesso alla Sorveglianza radar, a un efficace consumabile Sovralimentazione e alla Squadra di riparazione, oltre ad essere dotato di una batteria principale con elevato rateo di fuoco. Lo Småland è una nave multiruolo davvero ottima per catturare le aree e dare la caccia ai cacciatorpediniere avversari. Otto siluri con 12 km di portata e velocità di 76 nodi, ma caratterizzati da un danno massimo relativamente basso. I siluri sono disposti in due tubi lanciasiluri, uno quintuplo e uno triplo. Il consumabile Sovralimentazione di questa nave, con caratteristiche uniche, fornisce un incremento del 30% alla velocità (normalmente 8%), ma funziona per soli 60 secondi. Quando viene attivato, consente allo Småland di raggiungere una velocità di punta di 45,5 nodi. Ricompense: fino a 350 Acciaio, 3.500 Carbone e 2.500.000 crediti Mappe: Zona Calda, In Frantumi, Tridente e Acque Settentrionali con zone di combattimento di dimensioni ridotte, e La Grande Corsa con le dimensioni base della mappa pari a 30x30 km. MODIFICHE A SPOLETTA INERZIALE PER PROIETTILI HE Motivi delle modifiche: Semplificare le interazioni tra incrociatori di pari livello. Ad esempio, i proiettili HE sparati da incrociatori con cannoni di calibro 152-155 mm dovrebbero essere in grado di perforare il fasciame di navi dello stesso tipo indipendentemente da effetti esterni. Queste modifiche puntano a rimuovere la Spoletta inerziale per proiettili HE dalle abilità principali della maggior parte dei giocatori. Migliorare la resistenza degli incrociatori in battaglia: le modifiche allo spessore del fasciame degli incrociatori li renderà più resistenti alle salve delle corazzate — se posizionati correttamente. Bilanciare l’abilità Spoletta inerziale per proiettili HE in modo tale che la combinazione delle sue caratteristiche, positive e negative, influenzi maggiormente le scelte dei giocatori, rendendola così un’opzione meno obbligatoria durante l’addestramento dei Capitani. Terremo d’occhio gli effetti di queste modifiche sull’equilibrio del gioco e sulle prestazioni in battaglia di certe navi. Se necessario, applicheremo ulteriori miglioramenti all’abilità e ad alcune navi per mantenere le attuali performance in battaglia. Modifiche all’abilità Spoletta inerziale per proiettili HE Il bonus applicato alle capacità di perforazione della corazza dei proiettili HE è stato modificato dal 30% al 25%. Adesso, l'abilità ridurrà la possibilità di causare incendi della metà invece di ridurla dell’1% o del 3% in base al calibro. Le chance di causare incendi ad essere ridotte della metà sono solamente quelle dei proiettili HE. Altri bonus alla possibilità di causare incendi agiranno come in passato, come quelli forniti dal segnale Victor Lima o dall’abilità Esperto di demolizioni. Esempio: la possibilità di incendio base dei proiettili HE dell’incrociatore Helena è pari al 12%. Con l’abilità Spoletta inerziale per proiettili HE addestrata, questa possibilità è ridotta al 6%. Con l’abilità Esperto di demolizioni, viene aumentata all’8%. In precedenza, questa abilità forniva un notevole vantaggio con una penalità minima, risultando così obbligatoria all’uso. La sua versione aggiornata la porterà allo stesso livello di efficienza delle altre abilità. Queste navi si potranno così perforare a vicenda con i proiettili HE, così come potranno perforare il fasciame di incrociatori di livello VIII-X spesso fino a 30 mm senza l’utilizzo dell’abilità Spoletta inerziale per proiettili HE. Modifiche alla protezione della corazza di incrociatori e corazzate I cambiamenti alla corazzatura degli incrociatori renderanno queste navi più resistenti al fuoco delle corazzate, se posizionati saggiamente: i proiettili AP rimbalzeranno sulla corazzatura se il loro angolo di impatto dovesse risultare molto acuto. Gli incrociatori di livello X traggono già beneficio da un posizionamento corretto. Ora, la parte centrale di scafo e ponte degli incrociatori dotati di cannoni con almeno 190 mm di calibro è coperta da una corazza più spessa, mentre gli incrociatori con cannoni di calibro inferiore hanno una corazza più spessa solo sulla parte centrale del loro ponte. Questi cambiamenti enfatizzano la distinzione tra incrociatori leggeri e pesanti.     0.9.2 - European Destroyers: Part 1

    Ahoy Captains, on this thread, you can give us your feedback about the new tree branch European Destroyers! EUROPEAN DESTROYERS Tier V–IX European destroyers hit the high seas in Early Access! Features of the new Tech Tree branch Long-range torpedoes with high speeds are the hallmark features of the new branch. European destroyers carry rapid-firing main guns from Tier VII and, starting at Tier V, the Repair Party consumable. With their decent AA defenses and access to the Defensive AA Fire consumable at Tiers VIII–X, they can effectively fend off hostile aircraft. Their long-range, high-speed torpedoes deal relatively moderate damage. The torpedoes can be set to fan out in two spreads: narrow or super-narrow. Good AA defenses with a solid reach. Starting from Tier VIII, the European destroyers are equipped with the Defensive AA Fire consumable. Destroyers of Tier VII and above are equipped with rapid-firing main battery guns. They are efficient in close quarters combat, but less comfortable when exchanging fire over long distances because of their extended shell-hang time and short range of fire. While they are not equipped with Smoke Generator, they enjoy good concealment (just 6 km for Halland). Ships of Tier V and above have access to a variant of the Repair Party consumable that restores 1% of any lost HP per second but has an action time of just 10 seconds. At Tiers VIII, IX, and X, the active duration of the consumable is 4 seconds longer. The entire branch of European destroyers will become available to research with the release of Update 0.9.3. To get European destroyers in Early Access, you can exchange a new resource—European Tokens—for bundles in the Armory that include V Visby, VI Västerås, VII Skåne, VIII Öland, and IX Östergötland. You will find European Tokens in Europe containers, which in turn can be obtained by progressing through Directives or picked up from Daily Shipments. You can also receive up to ten additional containers for participating in the official World of Warships streams. Activate bonus codes and complete special combat missions to get them. The Tech Tree now features X Småland—available for 2,000,000 Free XP. It's the first Tier X ship to be made available in exchange for this resource type. X Småland stands as one of the largest and strongest destroyers in the Swedish Navy. Just like her researchable European counterparts, Småland lacks Smoke Generator, but has access to Surveillance Radar, an efficient Engine Boost consumable, and Repair Party. She also has a rapid-firing main battery. Småland is a multi-purpose warship that can pose a real threat to Key Areas and is highly effective at chasing down hostile destroyers. Key Features Four 120 mm main guns with a reload time of just 1.7 seconds. Eight torpedoes with a 12 km reach and speed of 76 knots, but with rather low maximum damage. The ship has one quintuple-tube and one triple-tube torpedo launcher to carry her torpedoes. The ship's unique Engine Boost consumable provides a 30% speed increase (by default: 8%), but operates for just 60 seconds.   8. Hi Commanders, In the update 0.9.2, we implemented some changes to the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells Skill. Let us know your feedback in the comments! CHANGES TO THE INERTIA FUSE FOR HE SHELLS SKILL Reasons behind the changes and their impact on your gameplay: To simplify interactions between same-tier cruisers. For example, HE shells fired by cruisers with 152–155 mm guns should be capable of penetrating the plating of same-type ships without the effects applied by any extra conditions. These changes are aimed at shifting the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill out of most players' first-choice set of skills. To improve the durability of cruisers in battle: changes to the thickness of cruiser plating will make these ships more resistant to battleship salvos if positioned wisely. To enhance the distinction between cruisers carrying guns with a caliber of, or exceeding, 190 mm, and cruisers with 149–189 mm guns, by changing their armor protection: the former will feature thicker armor for their central "box," while the latter will have thicker armor only for the central part of their decks. To keep the armor protection of battleships as it is: without the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill applied, cruisers with 152–155 mm guns will still be unable to penetrate the plating of same-tier battleships. We wanted to balance the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill in such a way that the combination of its positive and negative characteristics would influence players' choices, making the skill-less of an ultimate "go-to" option when training Commanders. We'll keep a close eye on how these changes affect game balance and the battle performance of certain ships. If required, additional balance corrections will be applied to the skill and some ships to preserve their battle performance. Changes to the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill The bonus applied to the armor-penetration capabilities of HE shells has been changed from 30% to 25%. The skill will now reduce the chances of causing fire by half, instead of subtracting 1% or 3% from them, depending on the caliber. It is only the standard chances of a fire being caused by HE shells that are reduced by half. Other bonuses to the chances of causing fire will function as before, such as the bonuses provided by the Victor Lima signal or Demolition Expert skill. Example: the standard chances of a fire being caused by HE shells for cruiser Helena are 12%. With the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill mastered, the chances of causing fire are reduced to 6%. With the Demolition Expert skill, the chances increase to 8%. This skill previously provided a significant advantage with a minimal penalty, which made it too impactful. The updated version of the skill brings it more in line with the efficiency of other skills. The rules for calculating armor-penetration have been changed for all HE and SAP shells: a new rule—"a shell penetrates armor if the armor-thickness value is less than or equal to the shell-penetration value"—will now be applied instead of the old rule—"a shell penetrates armor if the armor-thickness value is strictly less than the shell-penetration value." For example, 152 mm shells fired from a Tier VII cruiser will be able to penetrate armor plating with a thickness of up to 25 mm, as opposed to the 24 mm it used to be. For Tier VIII–X cruisers carrying 152–155 mm guns, the armor-penetration capabilities of their HE shells have been changed. Previously, they were calculated in accordance with the 1/6-caliber rule. Now, they will be calculated following the 1/5-caliber rule. When firing HE shells, these ships will be able to penetrate each other's armor plating, as well as the plating of Tier VIII–X cruisers that is up to 30 mm thick, without use of the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill. Changes to cruiser and battleship armor protection The changes to cruisers' plating will make these ships more resistant to fire from battleships when positioned wisely: AP shells will ricochet off the plating if they impact at a sharp angle (watch our How it Works video for more info how AP interacts with armor). Tier X cruisers already benefit from adopting proper positioning. At the same time, the central parts of the hulls and decks of cruisers carrying guns with a caliber of 190 mm or more now have thicker armor, while cruisers with guns of a smaller caliber have thicker armor only for the central parts of their decks. These changes emphasize the distinction between light and heavy cruisers. Due to changes to the rules for calculating the armor penetration of HE and SAP shells, the armor plating of Tier VI–VII battleships has been changed to 26 mm in order to keep interactions between ship types consistent. The reason behind increasing this value is that the 100 mm shells of Japanese ships always acted in a similar manner to the 152 mm shells of Tier VIII–X cruisers in terms of their armor-penetration capabilities. Apart from that, the armor penetration of the 105 mm HE secondary battery shells fired by Yorck, Prinz Eitel Friedrich, Scharnhorst, Scharnhorst B, Gneisenau, Admiral Graf Spee, and HSF Admiral Graf Spee was increased from 18 to 26 mm.     Okay now its my turn. This is bloody outrageous... What is the hacking chance for token drops in european containers? Is it really so difficult for WG to announce those rates?! Okay i can accept this is rng wise situation but this is unbelievable; opening 15 containers and receive about 300 tokens... This is a slap in the face. Better be honest than this shet, like : rate of receiving 10 tokens is 50% or tiers 7,8,9, is only for those who purchase bundles. I dont care about the ships, the time spent on those directives is precious; at least for me.

  17. Captains! Update 0.9.2 sees the launch of an event dedicated to the release of the European destroyer branch of the Tech Tree. The new ships will be available on the live server only after the release of the Update. In the meantime, you can take part in the testing of the event. Please note: the rewards for activities on the Public Test server may differ from those on the live server. The European destroyers themselves won't be available on the Public Test server. European destroyers V Visby, VI Västerås, VII Skåne, VIII Öland, and IX Östergötland are not available to research in the Tech Tree on the Public Test server. Rewards from Daily Shipments and for completing Directives: event containers, which can drop the European camouflage, Coal, and a new temporary resource—European Tokens. Items available in the Armory in exchange for Tokens: credits, expendable camouflages, signals, and days of Premium Account. Bundles providing Early Access to European destroyers: these are available in the Armory in exchange for Tokens. There are five bundles which are opened in sequential order. You'll find a Tier V destroyer in the first bundle, the next bundle will contain a Tier VI destroyer, etc., up to Tier IX. A new Port—Fjords: inspired by Scandinavian landscapes.

    Kapitäne! Mit Update 0.9.2 könnten einige von euch auf ein Problem mit einem Memory-Leak stoßen, wenn ihr den In-Game-Browser benutzt (Clan-Basis, Geplänkel, Waffenkammer, etc...). Wir haben bereits eine Lösung für dieses Problem vorbereitet und werden sie in das nächste Versions-Update aufnehmen. Wenn ihr die beschriebenen Probleme nicht habt, braucht ihr diesen Fix nicht zu installieren. Wenn ihr diesen Fix jetzt anwenden wollt, solltet ihr dieser Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung folgen: 1. Schließt das Spiel. 2. Ladet das Archiv Install_patch_fix_for_0.9.2.zip herunter 3. Entpackt das Archiv (den Ordner "Install_patсh_fix_for_0.9.2") in den Stammordner des WoWs-Spiels (derjenige, der /bin32 /bin64 /screenshot und andere Unterordner enthält). 4. Geht in den entpackten Ordner "Install_patсh_fix_for_0.9.2". 5. Startet die Datei "apply-patch.bat". 6. Wendet die Änderungen an, indem ihr die Zahl "1" in das erscheinende Fenster eingebt und "Enter" drückt. 7. Startet das Spiel wie gewohnt. Wenn dieser Fix nicht hilft, lasst es uns bitte wissen und wendet euch an den Kundendienst. Wenn nach der Anwendung dieses Fixes neue Probleme auftreten, könnt ihr die Änderungen rückgängig machen, indem ihr "apply-patсh.bat" erneut startet, die Option "2" wählt, "Enter" drückt und dann den Spiel-Client neu startet.

    0.9.2 - Armory and Other Changes

    Ahoy Captains, with Update 0.9.2 there will be some changes in the Armory plus other changes regarding game balance and visuals. You can leave your feedback here in the comments. ARMORY With the release of Update 0.9.2, all British Tokens will be converted to credits at a rate of 1:4,500. The cost of signals in the Research Bureau has been reduced by half. Now, experienced players can stock up on any missing signals, enabling them to focus on gathering the Research Points needed to get other rewards available via the Research Bureau. OTHER CHANGES Game Balance Changes In Update 0.9.2, we've made changes to the parameters of certain ships based on our analysis of their battle efficiency and feedback from players. Such changes were required in order to carefully adjust the balance of these warships. Further changes may follow, should they be required, in future updates. The armor penetration values of the secondary battery guns on German ships were changed as follows: The armor penetration of 105 mm secondary battery HE shells fired by VII Yorck, VI Prinz Eitel Friedrich, VII Scharnhorst, VII Scharnhorst B, VII Gneisenau, VI Admiral Graf Spee, and VI HSF Admiral Graf Spee was increased from 18 to 26 mm. This same change was applied in an earlier Update to the 105 mm secondary battery shells of V König, VI Bayern, VIII Bismarck, VIII Tirpitz, VIII Graf Zeppelin, VIII Graf Zeppelin B, VIII Prinz Eugen, VIII Admiral Hipper, IX Roon, and X Hindenburg. Tier IX Pan-Asian destroyer Chung Mu: Torpedo tube reload time reduced from 119 to 117 seconds. Tier X Pan-Asian destroyer Yueyang: Torpedo tube reload time reduced from 142 to 139 seconds. Tier VIII Italian cruiser Amalfi: The 37 mm/54 Breda 1932 anti-aircraft mounts on VIII Amalfi's Hull (A) front and rear main battery turrets were replaced with 20 mm/65 Breda 1935 mounts. The continuous damage dealt by the AA mounts on VIII Amalfi's Hull (A) was reduced from 277 to 259, while the action range of her medium-range AA defenses increased from 3.5 to 3.7 kilometers. Aircraft: The spotting range of aircraft carrier' squadrons, as well as that of fighters and spotting aircraft, was reduced from 19 to 18 kilometers (the spotting range being a parameter that determines the distance at which an aircraft can detect a hostile target). The time interval between bomber attacks was changed: The minimum time between attacks for bomber squadrons was increased depending on the specific aircraft carrier and its tier: U.S., German, and Japanese aircraft carriers: From 5 to 7.5 seconds at Tier IV From 5 to 8 seconds at Tier VI From 5 to 8.5 seconds at Tier VIII From 5 to 9 seconds at Tier X and for VIII Saipan U.K. aircraft carriers, except VIII Indomitable: From 5 to 7 seconds at Tier IV and for VI Ark Royal From 5 to 7.5 seconds at Tier VI From 5 to 8 seconds at Tier VIII From 5 to 8.5 seconds at Tier X For British bombers (except VIII Indomitable's), we increased the acceleration time and acceleration coefficient that is applied after they drop their bombs on a target. This change will make it easier to approach a target for the next attack. Visual and Technical Enhancements Replacing Commanders or certain modules, mastering or resetting skills, fitting or mounting camouflages that don't affect ship geometry, and mounting signals will now happen faster. The Islands of Ice, Strait, Tears of the Desert, and Mountain Range maps, as well as the Ports of New York, Zipangu, and Hawaii, have been adapted for the new lighting model and enhanced HDR technology. The Port of Zipangu got back its initial spring design, while the Port of New York has returned to its summer design.   24. In Update 0.9.2, the thickness values of cruiser and battleship plating have been updated and the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill has been modified. Changes to the penetration mechanics The armor-penetration capacity of HE shells of Tier VIII–X cruisers carrying 152–155 mm guns, which was previously calculated in accordance with the 1/6-caliber rule, will now be calculated following the 1/5-caliber rule. The rules for calculating armor-penetration capacity have been changed for all HE and SAP shells: now the new rule "a shell penetrates armor if the armor-thickness value is less than or equal to the shell-penetration value" will be applied instead of the rule "a shell penetrates armor if the armor-thickness value is strictly less than the shell-penetration value." For example, 152 mm shells fired from Helena will be able to penetrate armor plating with a thickness of up to 25 mm, as opposed to the 24 mm it used to be. These changes will allow cruisers to penetrate the armor of most same-tier ships without using the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill. Changes to cruiser and battleship armor protection The changes to cruiser plating will make these ships more resistant to battleship salvos if they are positioned wisely: AP shells of certain calibers will ricochet off the plating of the central part of a cruiser if they impact at a sharp angle. At the same time, the central part of the hull and deck of cruisers carrying guns with a caliber of 190 mm or more now has thicker armor, while cruisers with guns of a smaller caliber have thicker armor only for the central part of their decks. These changes result in a greater distinction between light and heavy cruisers. The armor thickness of Tier VI–VII battleships has been changed to preserve their ability to withstand shells fired from cruisers, taking into account the above-mentioned changes to the HE shell penetration rules. Changes to the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill The bonus applied to the armor-penetration capacity of HE shells now depends on the ship’s tier. The skill will now reduce the chances of causing fire by half, instead of subtracting 1% or 3% from them, depending on the caliber. It's only the standard chances of a fire being caused by HE shells which are reduced by half. Other bonuses to the chances of causing fire will function as before, such as the bonuses provided by the Victor Lima signal or the Demolition Expert skill. This skill previously provided a significant advantage with minimum penalty, which made it too ultimate. The updated version of the skill brings it more in line with the efficiency of other skills.
