One more time we have Premium BP not good enough. At least WG figured out that they should return coal to post-progress stages in the Premium BP. However, the Premium BP with seasonal bonuses is not worth the price. Why I should have to buy it when there are no: 1) unmounting upgrades for free; 2) discounts on retraining captains. Dear guys, do you think that is normal to overpay 3,750 Doubloons only for this?

No more coal, no more free removing upgrades. I don't know why I should have to buy it, especially Premium BP with seasonal bonuses.
