Dear @Seraphice and @YabbaCoe, I would like to underline something else in addition to my previous post. I know that WG (that operates my current server) and Lesta (that operates my previous server) separated, and it may cause some problems, but it's not the case when you need to get some verifying data about me from Lesta. I click "Profile" in Port, and in left upper corner of the screen, I see: "registered on November, 20, 2015" (the attached file). So there are literally no obstacles for these anniversary gifts. My Support ticket ID is 144482756. I would be grateful if you finally solved this. Thank you. Best regards.

Dear @Seraphice and @YabbaCoe, On September 20, 2022, I moved from CIS to EU. On November 20, 2022, I had my 7th game anniversary, and I haven't received any related gifts yet. I contacted Support, and they told me they're working to solve this ASAP. However, since you wrote the issue should have been resolved in January, and it's June now, and it's the 8th anniversary in a few months, I'm not sure they're really doing something to be honest. Mr YabbaCoe has already solved my birthday gift problem (thank him), so I decided to write on the forum again. Thank you in advance. Best regards.

I had 202 points for the first sprint. I've received the economic bonuses and the container, but no coal. Could you please check, @YabbaDuckoe or @The_EURL_Guy? To be more specific, I've received 400 coal for an unknown reason but definitely not 10k.

Seems like everyone here has a birthday in December. Mine is on November, 1, so I'm a bit concerned.
