IS there a better cruiser then the wichita for that? Is the baltimore a "twin brother" of the wichita ? can cruiser destroy citadel of a BB on the +- 1 tier level? Which is the next upgrade wrom wichita in US Cruisers? Are all Japanesse cruisers weak armor ? Sry for so many Q... :)

Mainly about tier 7 Nagato vs Gneisenau which are my 2 main options although im not set only on those 2. if theres a better premium - Ill gladly take it .
