Hello I was wondering if someone useing mods from modstadion could help me out. I was given a 7 days ban for the following : 12.1.10 using any unauthorized third party programs, including hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs that interact with the Resources in any way, for any purpose, including any unauthorized third party programs that intercept, emulate, or redirect any communication between the software and Wargaming and any unauthorized third party programs. I know for a fact that the only problem it can be might be the mods. Just to do a follow up : The matter was resolved : "The ban on your account should have been removed, and we've provided some days of premium to compensate for this.Please accept on sincerest apologies :( and do not hesitate to reach out to me again."

It is kind of sad that they don’t value the customers and provide a proper support, considering the amount of money / time they indirectly try to lure players into investing in the game. I´m very shocked…..

did share the support conversation, but it was deleted. However it was more to show that the support is as you state it is uterlig useless. I know i haven’t not done anything wrong and i refuse to let this go, even tho ban period has expired. @Seraphice Said he would look into it but that´s days ago, and my conversation and tone with the support has turned to the worse as they are pissing me off with the same useless response after the other ... This is the first time i have ever encountered being shamed for no reason at all.

Well i can confirm that I got a little help from one of the mods here and he is looking into it. However, the funny part is that it was nothing of the above, don´t know if I am allowed to write it in public but I can share it privately if anyone want to learn what it is. Even though finding out the issue left me even more surprised, and I have even gone through the hassle of providing PayPal logs proving that I have been here during my gameplay. Ban is lifted in 3 days anyway, but I’m at the point right now that I simply will not accept the way I have been threated during this short period that I have been playing the game. I know for a fact that I’m 500% Innocent and will not let it go until I get an apology. Again, had I not dropped the amount of real money into this game across the 5-6 days I’ve played it, I would just delete it and leave the game. When people drop money into a game that’s free to play you would expect some sort of proper support. Il post an update on what happens in the future….

That was not my attention but more out of frustration. I accept this being provided in public as I know for a fact that is has to be an error. How ever if you insist this is taken private, I’m ok with that as any help will be greatly Appreciated. To rest that has tried to help, thank you for taking your time to reply.

I have asked for any sort of documentation on the claim but they will not provide it, they should look into the matter as the logs would show what has triggerd the event. I truely think it´s a mistake or that some of the those mods makeing the issue. I asked em for a refund of my 280 dollars that i have used sins last week, as i would just leave the game but i dont think thats gonna happen, så i dont wanna log in in 7 days and get perm banned and lose it all :P

Thank you for the reply. I run normal Nvidia card drivers that come to the 3090 RTX. I CUE for Corsair keyboard software (think it can make macros of some kind but i never used that) GHUB Logitech mouse software Computer is just build like a month ago, så the only stuff i have is normal Steam games, Dropbox, Onedrive and Microsoft office, Adope and the normal stuff. The only addon program is the modstation to this game ? but is this program not approved from the dev ? Ive been playing the game with the addons for like 40h only thing i added resently was the skin changes to ships and i played about 10 hours with those then the ban happend. But its a bit hard to fix if i dont know what i need to change, and next time il get perm banned they say.
