Impact of 21 points captain is certainly overrated, I mostly play with 10 points captain or occasionally 14 points and dont feel at disadvantage in 95% of situations. Yeah, I dont have that 5% better reload or RL which is barely useful anywhere, but having experience and skill is absolutely the most important factor in game. Captain skills, flags, camo bonus and modules give some boost, but good player can certainly play well without them
