Well , on my main acc I reset all these new lines, so any permacamo is a huge bonus. Also going to spend 35 k dubs on up to Marseille permacomo since they looks FANTASTIC and I dont mind to spend money on such art

Did my calculation way earlier and it's positive regarding xp/cmxp/free xp. Since all flags and camos will be merged, now we will be able to use camo bonus on the premium ship, which already have camo bonus. That's very nice. Also, we can save our xp boosters on premium ships if we are trying to earn cmxp or free xp. In old system we use xp boosters to boost cmxp or free xp, but now we will not waste it Good players will benefit from credit boosters, so it's good too

OP build is optimal for 10 skill captain. For the next skill take +7.5% dmg for AP shells. Also, you need to drop accuracy mod for +15% turret traverse. Accuracy is already very good, while turret traverse is awful. The ship is good, just dont play it like stealthy DD. Cap only when you know that there are no high dmp DD around and try to engage in fights with them from mid distance and not close. Use islands and smokes to farm with your AP. Dont forget your torps for area denial and hitting BBs

Yes, 50% are converted to 100% xp camos. There are 8 special flags. 7 gives bonus to xp. Its worth to colect as many sets of those 7 as possible, because remaining signals will be split to smaller bonuses and quoboros will be converted to +400% if I remember correctly. But base free xp calculation will be not 5%, but 10% so actually even quoboros will be convert to +800% free xp

Papa signals will be the same 300%. What is actually worth to use now is +100xp +300 free xp camos. Since after conversion they will be worth the same as +100 xp +200 free xp camos Camos with bonus ending with ...50% (150, 250 but not 50%) will be mostly converted to higher bonus (150 to 200...) so something like New Year camos should be definitely saved for rework to gain more. Also keep the stacks of special signals. After rework they will be converted to max amounts of bonus. Spare special signals (particularly Quoboros) better be spent now

They will be split into free xp, com xp and xp bonuses. So if you only want a single bonus in certain battle then it's better to use them after rework
